The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view of the beach was amazing. It is as if the hotel is sitting in the sand next to the water.

We chose a beach front room. The view was fantastic. The king size bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. There was no door on the bathroom which i found very inconvenient. Every day there was a bbq where you could pick what you would like cooked. Breakfast had 2 options Dominican or continental. Both were good. The staff were wonderful and surprised my partner with cake on his birthday. Grounds are beautiful with a small pool. A very romantic place when there are no children staying. Unfortunately the short road leading to the hotel is in very rough shape and difficult to drive.

Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Palm Bay fue muy buena para viajar en familia. El personal fue amable, las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, y el ambiente es tranquilo y familiar. La ubicación es excelente y nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estadía. Sin duda, lo recomendamos.

This is a really unique place to stay. Our room had these huge windows that opened up to the beach. The staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help us and see that we had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We would recommend The Palm Bay Club Lodge to anyone who wants the best experience in the Dominican Republic. We definitely will be back.

This lodge is a truly special and unique place. It’s a hidden gem in Nagua—quiet, relaxing, and full of charm. The Dominican breakfast was delicious and authentic, one of the highlights of my stay. The person in charge offered excellent customer service and made sure everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, tucked-away spot to unwind!

I’d definitely stay there again, but at the rate that we paid this time, it was off-season as we went there after the new year, but the property needs some more TLC as far as the outside. The inside was nice! I love the rustic, natural, minimalist look. Unfortunately, we couldn’t even take pictures on the beach as there was so much trash on the property line and the beach. The staff was very helpful and nice since we arrived after the kitchen was closed. The Security helped us coordinate delivery. The staff was also super helpful at the fact that I left my purse in one of the nightstands. They called me immediately after finding it and we had to drive back five hours to pick it up. They were willing to send it through our carrier so I can get my person a timely manner, but we just drove back to get it. The breakfast that was included was absolutely great. The only recommendation that I would give the owners is to have someone periodically pick up the trash that comes up on their land/sand. With a beach front property even looking out the window during breakfast was unappealing.

This hotel was right on the beach. You almost got the feeling that it was too close to the water, but that is ALL of the appeal for the price. If you are looking for that beach campout feel then you will love it. The drive in the property is a dirt road with mud puddles very easy to miss the turn. There is seurity guard at night which is a must for the location. The rooms are treated concrete with decor. No tiles. Good AC and Wifi. The morning walk on the debri clutter

La piscina llena de gramas salí de mi habitación a las 10 a desayunar y la chica nidiquiera sabía que habían huéspedes , nadie en recepción y la fresa del pastel la piscina sucia llena de gramas ósea el real caos y ahí es mar abierto no playa

The staff had no clue what so ever what they were doing , fixing know how to charge my card , how much to charge my card . Service was super slow . It seemed like they were on vacation more than I was .
