When I have arrived there was no 9ne there to check me in, the door was open, the floors are so dirty, the villa is abandoned, rooms are full of dust and old trash , I was so worried that I didn't even go to any room and stayed at the villa door calling for anyone to help and no one came, I had to leave and trying to get a refund

No routine housekeeping, all they are after is money and wouldn’t care about good service to offer to guests. For instance, i stayed in two different rooms for 5 nights which both had issues with water heaters in the toilets. I complained on the very day i checked in, could you believe that they kept lying to me every day that i should the next night and they would work on it but i slept for 5 nights without the heater being repaired. It was absolutely awful and horrible experience, we agreed on the last day that they would bring an electrician in the morning by 9am to 10am so they would have it repaired then i can pay for more stays. Could you believe they didn’t call any electrician but they woke me up close to 12pm to prepare for checkout. What pained me was the statement from the receptionist; please i should be pay then the electrician would come by 2pm i opted to check out. In a nutshell I think one deserves a good hospitality from the staff in exchange for the money you pay for.
