My stay at this hotel was absolutely excellent! The staff were incredible always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop; the view is breathtaking and truly an unforgettable experience. The staff were easily a 10/10 and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Everything was awesome! Renovated rooms, clean, the service was on point, the pyramids views you get from rooms with balcony and from the rooftop are amazing. One thing to say is that Alaa is the best. Ask her anything and she can get it for you. Abdu great guy too. I would definitely stay here again. They can get you transportation anywhere anytime too.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was exceptional—from the elegant design and spotless rooms to the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Every detail reflected quality and care. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were excellent, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. You can really tell that guest satisfaction is their top priority. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The hotel is located in a busy area but overall has a great view of the pyramids. The staff are friendly and housekeeping goes above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel. Their rooftop is breathtaking.

Das Essen und Trinken waren bombastisch gut. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns teilweise auf unseren Aktivitäten in Kairo begleitet nachdem sie für uns die Touren geplant haben (Musste natürlich extra bezahlt werden). Sie haben auch sehr schnell reagiert und gearbeitet. Außerdem waren sie auch sehr kulant, wenn etwas bei einem Trip nicht gut funktioniert hat und kamen uns mit einem Gratis-Essen, als Beispiel, entgegen

I honestly don’t know where to begin. This was my second stay at this hotel, and somehow they managed to exceed my expectations all over again. When I made my reservation, I had booked a standard room. To my surprise, once they recognized me as a returning guest, they upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious suite with two bedrooms and a private jacuzzi. I was completely shocked and genuinely touched by this gesture. This time my mother was traveling with me, which made the experience even more special. Seeing her happiness and comfort meant so much to me, and I am deeply grateful to the hotel team for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated. What makes this hotel exceptional is not only the cleanliness, the delicious food, or the comfortable rooms—it’s the people. The kindness, respect, generosity, and genuine care they show their guests are truly rare. From the moment you arrive, you feel less like a customer and more like a valued member of the family. Thank you to every single member of the team for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay unforgettable. Mohammed and the staff were super attentive, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious everyday. As I traveled with my sister only, they made us feel safe and comfortable. Only issues was WIFI it was constantly in and out. Overall the staff and view made the perfect stay.

This little inn turned out to be great. I wish there was an elevator, but at least someone else carried our bags to the 3rd floor. The room was large, the a/c and shower worked fine, the rooftop ( a few stairs above 3rd floor) was excellent and on par with some of the other ‘pyramids hotels’ in Giza. Breakfast was ok, you could either sit in glassed in room with a/c or out in the open. Coffee was great. I loved that they had a dinner menu for our first jetlagged night and of course a view of the pyramids. Mohammed the manager was helpful to plan your stay and ask if you needed a private driver. All in all , cerycomdoetable. I loved it!.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing my stay was at this hotel. Everything was beyond perfect — the cleanliness is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is just incredible. But what truly made this place special is the kindness and care of the staff… they made me feel like I was at home, surrounded by family. They showed so much love and attention to both my baby and my older daughter, which meant a lot to me as a mom. I also want to give a very special thank you to Mohammad. I had an unexpected situation when my tooth broke and fell out, and he went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. He personally took me to the hospital, stayed with me the entire time, and the next day he arranged my appointment and even drove me to the clinic himself. This level of care, respect, and genuine kindness is something you rarely see. I have never experienced such safety, respect, and humanity in a hotel before. If I could give 1000 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. Highly, highly recommended.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The cleanliness is impeccable, the food is amazing, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. The staff made me feel completely at home — like family — and were incredibly kind and attentive, especially with my baby and my older daughter. A very special thank you to Mohammad, who went above and beyond when I had an emergency and broke my tooth. He personally took me to the hospital, stayed with me, arranged my appointment the next day, and even drove me to the clinic. His kindness and professionalism meant so much to me. I’ve never experienced this level of care, safety, and respect in any hotel before. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
