Perfect location. Right in town everything was walkable. Building has a elevator. Everything was good for our group of 3. Good shower pressure. We all enjoyed our stay.

Truly excellent ! The room is spacious and has everything you need. Come with oven, coffee maker. Kettle. Toaster. Hairdryer. Right in city centre. Was worried at first how to get the key. But was so easy. Was just in a key box outside the property and they send you a code. I cannot fault this place. Was superb.

Clear check in instructions and general info for check out. Check out time at 12 is perfect. The apartment has everithing you might need and close to city centre and shops. A 24/7 shop is just few steps away from the apartment. The only thing I would improve is the shower

L appartamento era super accessoriato mi ha fatto sentire come a casa mia ( c era anche il phone molto utile soprattutto quando nevica o gela per mantenere sempre i capelli asciutti dopo una lunga giornata) molto buona anche la comunicazione tra host e guest, mi è arrivata una mail con tutte le istruzioni e recapiti per il check-in e check out

Very easy check in/out process. Property was clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were provided. This property was slightly less expensive than hotels in the area, while also being an overall slightly better product in my opinion.

Excellent and central location. I loved the studio, the bed was comfortable, clean, and large window with views of the city. Restaurants, a shopping mall, tour agencies all within walking distance. I would come back for sure.

The company has many apartments in the same building. I was at B5 apartment, which had a large room and living room. Good kitchen, well equiped for preparing breakfast and food. The apartment was very clean. The location is amazing, very close to everything interesting in Rovaniemi city center. One point of improvement is the bathroom, especially the box shower. It is not easy at all to get in and out of it, it has around 80-100cm height and it is very small. I wonder about elderly guests or guests with some movement restriction: they would suffer a lot to get in and out from it. I think you should improve that in the near future.
