OOPS! BED LINEN OR A TOWEL STAINED?
Please take care of towels and bed linen. They are expensive to replace. If we can't get rid of a stain you made, we will have to charge you so we can buy a new one. Thank you for understanding !

Please note if you picked up the keys at KEYNEST :
VERY IMPORTANT TO RETURN THE KEY to the merchant THE DAY BEFORE you leave, because our cleaning staff will pick them up early the next morning.
If you do not return the key, and our cleaning staff has to wait on site, we will have to pay them for the waiting time...
This waiting time will unfortunately be charged to you (25h per hour).
And if no key is returned, we will have to call a locksmith in emergency... (cost between 140€ and 300€)
We prefer to avoid this please!
We count on your help.

As a reminder :
You already have another key in the apartment so you do not need to keep the second key called KEYNEST.

Thank you for your attention.
