Overall, this was a good stay, but there were some problems and quality issues that people should be aware of. Apple laptops do not work on wifi. They use cheap bunt gear to provide WiFi, blame Apple computers and suggest I bring a windows laptop next time. This was unresolved after a visit by a nontechnical concierge the first day and I was told someone would follow up the next day. No one followed up. I went to the reception the second day and they produced an it tech who was also unable to fix the problem even with an ethernet connection. I was told it was a known problem that had been unresolved for a long time. No wifi for the average hotel with the expensive name. No hot tub, not jacuzzi, pool with bubbles. Cold water jacuzzi. Sauna out of order. The bathroom bathtub shower was like standing in a plastic bucket. The shower head was garbage and cheap vinyl tubing that would not be pointed at you and the lack of a curtain literally floods the floors with random spray bouncing off you and as the shower head rotates wildly. Decent but simple spring mattress. Clean room with 2 simple chairs and a building desk no wifi, no apology or attempt to compensate me, no acceptance of responsibility. Selling something then not providing it. Also suggesting I go get a different laptop. Cold ja

I spent three nights at this wonderful hotel and would undoubtedly suggest it for a brief stay. Our room was spotless, roomy, wellkept, and wellequipped. The bed and pillows were quite cozy, and the heavy blackout curtains gave us a restful nights slumber. At the hotel, we ate three breakfasts and one evening meal, all of which were excellent. The breakfast buffet was ample and fresh, and the dinner was generously sized and hot. The service, in contrast, was constantly slow, and we eventually discovered to clear our own breakfast dishes to keep our table relatively tidy and tidy. The only drawback I have is that I thought tea and coffee were inconceivable, a sentiment shared by a few other diners. The front desk staff was friendly and polite at checkout, but the concierges helpfulness and local knowledge varied. We were able to sit on the patio and enjoy a drink or two in the sun, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. The hotel is set in lovely surroundings. The grounds are immaculate, and being able to sit on the terrace while enjoying the live musicians with a drink, which was necessary after a long day of being a tourist, was annoying in the evening. However, the service was extremely slow. Unfortunately, our thirdfloor room had a very quiet view and a delivery area
