The apartment was nice and had everything that was needed. We arrived early and contacted the owner who responded quickly and helped us right away. The location is perfect and we loved it!

Great location, clean and comfortable. Ronny met us on the first day to welcome us to Paris and show us how to access the building. This great Parisian apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Paris and within walking distance of Notre-Dame, metro stations, museums, and restaurants. The apartment is clean. The beds are comfortable.

Very unique, AIR CONDITIONED accommodation in a lively neighborhood. Great location - we walked to Moulin Rouge one night then into the city center the next day. The host was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to get groceries or choose from many options to dine out. The metro and RER are both very close for transportation. Enjoy!

On arrival, getting into the apartment was very confusing and caused great distress to us, we could not even leave our bags anywhere (we went across the road to the Cut and Copy shop to see if they could help and apparently this situation has happened many times, so he gladly let us leave our bags with him), also the lift not working was a nightmare with heavy bags. However other than that our stay in the Marais was wonderful and the location of the apartment the absolute best.

The listing is false and misleading. There is no swimming pool and no cafe in the building. There are holes cut into the glass panes of the windows because it is an extremely hot apartment. There is an elevator but it is forbidden to put luggage on it, so you will have to haul your luggage up many stairs. The pictures show a couch and seating area which does not exist. The location is walkable to many restaurants and a grocery store, which is the only saving grace. I did not see it as value for money and our group of three were uncomfortable and barely slept the whole 3 nights.

Property had cockroaches. Smelled like mildew and walls/ceilings had areas where drywall was coming off from leaks. No handtowels or shower mats or extra kitchen towels. Pictures NOT accurate, needs an upgrade.
