The residence is in a wonderful position, only a 2-minute stroll from the lovely Pramousquier beach! We rented a flat on the top floor with a beautiful sea view from the terrace. Nevertheless, our 67-person apartment was so tiny that our family of four could barely move around the furniture, and the rooms had to be under the minimum legal standard of 9 square meters. Also, no air conditioning was provided, and there were only two old-fashioned fans, making the tiny space under the roof heated very effectively, and even with windows open, it was impossible to sleep. Worst of all, you will constantly find the spotlights from the steps, making it difficult to close draperies when windows are open, the fear of climbing from the steps on your neighboring balcony, and the noise from the busy street behind the home. So we finally rested on the lovely beach during the day and turned in our overheated mattresses at night. I. I. I. I was so old that we could never turn on.

We had previously visited one of the wonderful homes on the beautiful Avenida Boulevard. The weather here is nice, but not too warm, so we always visit in the off season in April and October. Although the apartments are basic, the setting and grounds are truly breathtaking! My family and friends will never hesitate to recommend this location because it is so special. The pa employees are always on hand to help, which we rarely do. Thank you to the maintenance guy, who graciously accepted our keys when we arrived early for the airport. We adore returning to this tiny slice of heaven.

Green and near the beach. Great location, very clean! Sadly, there isn't a pool for adults on the shore in case of strong winds. a great decision to bring the dog on holiday. Usually deserted, even if used for soccer matches, there is a field where it is possible to let the dog run.

Having a baby in September and the lack of a family member to come along, what makes the location not very good is the excellent gardens, the convenient beach access. We got on July 18 th, 2018 to a filthy, musty, and damp ground-floor apartment. The staff had a good job, as Tajik assured us that it was clean and ready for us before 1600 check-in time, and we were excited to start our vacation. When the door opened, it was damp, with cobwebs in the corners with dead mosquitoes in, ants in the kitchen area and a fridge that appeared to be the same, the undersheets in the beds had other people's hair on them, thick layers of dust on top of light switches, broken light bulbs in the bunk room, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall and a to that were not tuned in, and the grout between the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. Despite the fact that, since julie and trail did the initial tasks, nobody could get rid of the damp scent. I request that this amount be paid for by my shopping credit card, I told the director at this area that I will be in touch with me right away. Even so, the bayou was so wrong by giving this apartment to your guests that. We sincerely believe that. The customer always has the right to be right.

Propreté impeccable belle résidence magnifique jardin belle vue mer . Dommage que l’appart soit si petit on se cogne tout le temps , odeur de rance ds la chambre alors que l’appart est rénové. La Clim est mal placée ds le salon et sur la terrasse on se tape dedans car au sol et air ds la tête et bruit. . Tres peu de places au parking . Réception limitée si questions ou problèmes , n’ouvre pas avant 16h et ne répond pas au tel et ne rappelle pas suite message. Les taxes annoncées sont différentes et ns avons payé un peu plus cher à l’arrivee

Très beau site, accès direct à la plage. Locaux relativement propre et plusieurs éléments mis à disposition. Place de parking un peu juste pour les voitures de nouvelles générations. Facilité d'accès. Présence rapide du personnel en cas de problèmes.

appartement confortable en rez de jardin avec chambre en demi sous sol bien équipée dans une résidence avec jardin bien entretenu avec accés direct à une plage trés agréable, l'appartement voisin habité par un locataire à l'année trés bruyant et désagréable , dommage !

Il residence è molto bello, la spiaggia e la baia di Pramousquier incantevoli (un po' affollate al pomeriggio, molto meglio la mattina) si trovano letteralmente a pochi passi dagli appartamenti. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre in uno studio di 23 metri quadrati, che sembrano pochi ma in realtà sono stati sfruttati in modo estremamente funzionale. Nonostante fosse agosto, non abbiamo preso il parcheggio interno (7 euro al giorno) ma abbiamo sempre trovato posto appena fuori. Buoni i servizi in zona, raggiungibili a piedi (market, pizzeria, ristorante). Prezzo ragionevole (abbiamo pagato circa 200 euro al giorno). Come miglioramento si potrebbe prevedere un cambio della biancheria da bagno ogni tre o quattro giorni. Ah, ovviamente... manca il bidet, ma fuori dall'Italia purtroppo è normale.

Die Anlage ist schön am Strand gelegen, jedoch ist die Beschreibung der Zimmer überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar, sodass wir nur zwei Betten, welche auch Couch dienten, sowie ein kleineres Stockbett hatten. Zudem wurde nur eine Rolle Klopapier und jeweils ein Müllbeutel für eine Woche gestellt etwas kleinlich für den Preis, dafür aber ein Set mit Spülmittel, Schwamm etc. Insgesamt gut, aber nicht überragend, dafür ist die Lage für Ausflüge sehr gut.

C'est un vrai plaisir de descendre à cette jolie plage depuis les appartements : au calme sur un petit chemin bordé d un petit ruisseau , au milieu d'un parc très bien entretenu. L'accueil a été parfait , l'appartement confortable, et le personnel très aimable. Le seul petit défaut est qu'il y a très peu de places de parking extérieur alors que les places en parking couvert sont payantes.
