The reception is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. On Saturdays, the hours are 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00. The reception is closed all day on Wednesdays. As opening hours are subject to change, guests are advised to contact the residence before arrival to confirm. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation.Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen (one large and one small towel), and household linen (a kitchen towel and bath mat). A cleaning kit and end-of-stay cleaning are also included, with the exception of the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guest. Standard TV and basic WiFi access are provided, though please note that basic WiFi is limited and unlimited access is available at an additional cost. All taxes and fees are included, excluding the local tourist tax.For long stays of more than one week, arrivals are possible from 17:00 and departures must be before 10:00. For an additional fee per person, beds can be made upon arrival. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. For any invoice requests, the name used will be the one stated on the reservation.
