We had a great week. The boss woman at reception is just French! If you smile and say thank you, she will talk in English and is actually a nice person. The rooms aren't new, but they work. There is no privacy in the rooms for 6 people. However, for the price you pay, it's what you get. Book the deposit in cash and make sure the check-in checks your room each day. The only minor issue is that you cannot wear boots inside and must wear shoes to the locker room every day. The WiFi was so good and free that we could even watch streamed football games, whereas in the Montserrat next door, it was shocking. Having stayed in other rooms in Sunsol and others, I can say that this is nothing different from any other skin-shout residence. The worst part of our trip was reading the reviews below, which are shocking and don't represent the place at all.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with access to ski lockers and a spar shop within a short walk. Basic but spotless apartment for families. Storage is limited and not big, but thats normal for a ski apartment. Wonderful and warm, comfortable mattresses and a reasonably equipped kitchen. Despite the provided bedding, no towels, cleaning products, or condiments. The combo microwave lacks an oven and no usable grill.

The location is fantastic: on the bottom of plane soleil, right on the slope, in front of the ski school, with a few shops and restaurants nearby. As expected, the apartment is small but clean, hot, and has lots of hot water. WiFi was provided. The bed's bus dropped us right outside the door. There was a microwave, a 4-ring hob, pots and pans, a coffee machine, and a kettle, but no oven. Check-in took a long time and it really didn't need to. Examine the inventory and condition thoroughly. Ski locker room was a bit of a mess and didn't dry out overnight. No storage space in the apartment, where do you put those bags? Had to clean the apartment when we left, but there was no cleaning supplies, bleach, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel, etc. only a mop, bucket, broom, and a dustpan brush. Take some toilet paper!.

This hotel provides great value for money, this hotel has excellent service. From the receptionist and the check-out area, it is pretty straightforward. The location is a huge plus with this hotel, and unlike many hotels, you can park your vehicle for free outside your hotel. Will come back again.

dommage qu'ils ne veulent pas à aider leur client. j'avias un problème que je ne pouvait pas résoudre sans aide. la dame me disait simplement: cela te coutera 300€. j'ai du chercher de l'aide ailleur. j'ai réusi.

Vaste immeuble défraîchi bien situé au pied des pistes. Accueil correct, petit appartement avec 5 couchages (les uns sur les autres),un coin cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, une petite salle de bains avec baignoire.Casier à skis indépendant.Moquette affreuse dans les parties communes, escalier abimé. POINTS NÉGATIFS à revoir : télévision payante (!), wifi payante, pas de papier WC à l'arrivée, pas de torchons ni de serviettes (supplément...),obligation de laisser l'appartement à 10 heures ...

Heel fijn gelegen aan de piste. Accomodatie had 10 jaar geleden al een update gemoeten. Bedden knetterhard. Onvriendelijkste personeel ooit meegemaakt.
