Points positifs : Proximité du centre ville . Proximité des pistes. Vu sur le mont blanc. Points négatifs : équipements insuffisants (manque de vaisselle, pas de séchoir extérieur). Micro onde ne fonctionnait pas. Clic clac très très sale et très inconfortable.

Overall our stay here was pretty good. The location was good for going into town and also only a short walk from the bus stop for the slopes. The apartment is quite small, especially if using the fold out sofa bed. It wasn’t the cleanest either. Still find it bizarre that you have to pay additional money to rent the bedding and towels, but ah well. Bear in mind the block is mostly full of locals so if that’s an issue for you then don’t expect there to be many other tourists staying nearby.

Le séjour s’est bien passé en général. En revanche, impossible de déplier le canapé-lit. Surprise aussi lorsque j’ai trouvé des amandes et cacahuètes dans ce dernier… hygiène pas top… chasse d’eau défaillante, qui fuyait lorsqu’elle se remplissait. Dommage mais emplacement idéal et vue magnifique

Please be aware that there are a lot of hidden costs associated with this property - Wifi (which we paid for and never received and are still waiting for a refund), linen (are there that many people who travel with their own linen and tea towels??) and the visitor levy (which I would have preferred to pay at the time like at other properties, not months in advance by credit card). With a few small changes the apartment could have been much better value for money. Positives: close to town, balcony, lovely view, nice shower. Unfortunately everything else needed some work. The crockery was chipped, cutlery/kitchen utensils were limited, no microwave, oven didn’t work properly and needed an instruction guide, no starter pack with dishwashing liquid/soap/tea/coffee), little space to put bags/clothes, tiny claustrophobic bedroom and small bed, and a lumpy mattress on the fold-out couch. There was resident parking at the building but apparently not for this apartment - we were told there was free parking nearby either on the road or at Les Planards carpark (you need to move your car every 24 hrs) but there was a festival on so no parks. If even a few of these things were improved and small touches added it would be a vast improvement. The communication was also frustrating (called the ph # given over the weekend but was on hold music for ages so gave up). But a big shoutout to Johannah who was very responsive on What’s App over the Wifi issue even though it wasn’t sorted.
