Looking forward to seeing this newly opened motel. Weve been visiting noirmoutier for about 20 years and adore it here, but finding lodging is always a challenge, particularly in July and August. The hotel is in a lovely location, a 10-minute stroll from our favorite beachside location des dames. It is a stunning building that has undergone contemporary renovation and keeps most of its architectural details - but with a modern feel. On the small side, we did have a problem with our first room. We booked a prestige room with a terrace, but the room that was shown wasn't the patio. After some initial confusion, they were able to wash our room but only for 3 nights, so the last night we had to move back into a room without a terrace so get written confirmation of your room type when booking. Prestige rooms do not all have balconiesterraces, some have air conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a huge shower at least for the first 3 nights. The hospitality tray is simple, only a small selection of blackgreen tea, but no milk fortunately there is a kettle but no coffee maker. I was given a large glass of milk by cleaning, and the fridge was convenient. The pool was hot, with plenty of lounges and umbrellas outside it was nice. For the price we paid 25 euros each is simply not adequate, it
