If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.Destination fee: 35 EUR Per week may be collected during booking process. No Events or Parties. Allow Children. 1. Pool opening season: 1 May - 30 September. Opening outside of the season is possible (extra charge) is possible upon request under the condition that the pool technician is available. 2. Babycot can be provided for free upon request (please inform us in advance so that we can prepare everything before your arrival) 3. The house is available from 16h onwards on the arrival day up to 10h on the leaving day. Please leave the house broomclean at the end of your stay. 4. Pool usage for children below 13 only upon surveillance of an adult. 5. No subrental permitted, nor inviting further persons to stay in the house whom have not been declared upon renting the house. 6. Additional options (please contact us for more information): -Private heated pool during low season (pending availability of technician) -Wellness area in low season (e.g. sauna, Cross-trainer,...) -end of stay cleaning -towel set (1 large, 1 small, 1 towel/person) -extra heating for the pool: electriticity costs for extra heating of the pool with the heating pump (normally possible to achieve temperatures up to degrees) will be calculated based an estimated electricity consumption (electricity meters) (euro/kwh).
