Den Service habe ich so schlecht bewertet, da es in den Aparments ja keinen Service gibt. Aber immerhin war die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet und es war auch Kaffee vorhanden, Daumen hoch.

Todo ok con lo mostrado en la pagina web. Limpio al ingresar y con todo lo que indicaban que tenía. Lo único malo fue que los últimos 3 días no funcionaba correctamente internet y eso hoy es una falla importante porque YA ES UN SERVICIO BÁSICO.

Jag är mycket nöjd med A-partment, rum med pentry. Rent och snyggt, bekvämt med pentry som var fullt utrustat. Trevligt område, nära till Supermarket för inköp av frukost. Bra instruktioner för nyckelhämtning. Bra WiFi, till en början, men det slutade att fungera senare på kvällen och morgonen därpå. Tvn fick frispel efter en stund och slutade att fungera. Lyhört från trapphuset och porten. Annars var allting toppen!

We had a family room (2 spacious rooms with kitchenette and bathroom). Central location near Rhine cruises, chocolate museum, tourist train and cathedral. We'd definitely recommend this place to families. Quiet location off the main road close to all facilities. Fantastic value for money. Thank you we had a great stay.

We stayed in the Black/White apartment on the ground floor which is very compact. It was suitable for a couple but the 2 small towels (each) provided for the whole week was not enough to cope with. We bought our own towels. The service team (not on site) were very efficient to fix interrupted wifi service and were easy to contact. Great location near the Rhine and close to Heumarkt.

Lustig ausgestattet, ganz in weiss. Super Lage unweit vom Rhein und den Kranhäusern. Severin Viertel in Fussnähe. Die weissen Möbel waren nicht mehr so ganz sauber, was verständlich ist und in der Natur dieser Farbwahl liegt. Der Klodeckel wackelte und rutschte gerne mal ab. Der Rasierspiegel war abgebrochen und nie ersetzt worden. Ansonsten war es sauber und günstig. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen, bzw. wiederkommen!

Nice spacious room with a small kitchenette, the Couch turned bed was not that comfortable as the actual bed, so next time there is a triple occupancy, see who gets the couch, utensils, coffee machine, hot water kettle were all provided, nice big tv, lack of English Channels, so non German tourists really tough to find something to Watch. Location is great, 5-10 min walk from the Market or Centre, less than 2 km from the Central Station, right opposite the Chocolate Museum, don't know how the Museum is but, yeah has a really nice Chocolate Shop - Go get some chocolates for your trip or to take back home. Had a little trouble with the wi-fi but was resolved the next day. Booking process and everything was ok - Its all a self-check in and check out process, get to the property, punch a code - you get your keys and when your leaving, you just leave the keys on the table - Bill is all settled in advance, make your own breakfast or meals - however you prefer it, there is no room service or any restaurant or kitchen if your looking for - its perfect for a relaxed stay and explore the city. Strongly recommended if your not looking for a hotel with service - Had a great stay.

On arrival you get the key via a number coded box, very easy to use. The flat smelt of cigarettes in spite of no smoking signs in the apartment. The facilities are all there if required and essentials can be bought from the petrol station around the corner. The one spoiler was other guests in the building being very noisy , talking and shouting in the early hours, not the owners fault at all but 2 disturbed nights sleep because of it.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsensen u.zwei Teenies für zwei Nächte dort.Gute Ausgangspos. für Städtetrip ohne Probleme zu Fuß in die Altadtstadt.Gegenüber liegt das Schokoladenmuseum u.das Sportmuseum.Außerdem war direkt neben dem Schokomuseum das Parkhaus,wo wir unseren Wagen die ganze Zeit stehen lassen konnten.Das Apartement ist sehr stylisch.Unten die Schlafcouchen sind nicht so gut zum Schlafen,da große Knöpfe auf den Bezügen sind,oben das Doppelbett ist sehr gut.Leider war es nicht ganz so sauber,aber auch wiederum nicht super schmutzig.Geschirrhandtücher nicht vergessen!Sonst war alles da.Preis-/Leistung war auf jeden Fall okay!Ich würde es weiter empfehlen.

Vi dro til Köln for å se på en konkurranse som ligger litt utenfor Köln. Vi bodde i Holzgasse 16, og bestilte samtidig som noen andre. Disse kom på et annet hotell, så det var en strek i regningen (45 minutter gangavstand til Hansaring). Det var veldig greit å få tak i taxi, som ble vårt hovedtransportmiddel. Restauranter og barer i kort gangavstand, det samme med butikker.

Room was spotless on arrival, and had everything needed for a two night stay. Location was right outside Chocolate Museum and a Christmas Market, and ten minutes by taxi to the train station and Old Town.

Schönes Apartement direkt am Schokoladenmuseum für 4 Personen, zwei Personen schlafen auf Schlafsofas, für zwei weitere Personen steht im OG ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett zur Verfügung. Dort befindet sich ebenso eine kleine Terasse - quasi über den Dächern von Köln. Allerdings ist die Aussicht nicht berrauschend.
