This hotel is beautiful. It feels like you are staying in a dream. Also, a great location. It was about a mile to the cable car, town, shops and restaurants.

Amazing staff carrying our luggage to our room and back when we left. So many stairs we were so thankful. Very helpful on everything. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was perfect after a long day of walking.

The view was amazing, room was nice.. did not like putting toilet paper in trash can, it smelled. Could not flush toilet paper. Also it was a 190 steps up hill that was very difficult.

Access to the hotel requires climbing down several flights of stairs that can be tricky for someone with lower extremity or balance problems and only has a railing part of the way down. A porter is supplied to carry luggage to the rooms. However, you are rewarded with incredible views of the caldera several hundred feet below. Our nicely appointed room was nice, with a sitting area and balcony. The only amenity was a small unheated hotel pool. We did not use the small dining room as breakfast would have been an additional 18 euros. The staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to restaurants and shops. We ate twice at the Vanilia Restaurant within a few yards of the hotel's staircase because the food was excellent and the wait staff engaging.

Incredible view and amenities. Staff was very helpful and helped to arrange transfers when needed. Location was great within walking distance of everything you need.

Room was clean and great view was amazing. The only down side for elderly people would be the amount of step to get you to your room from the street. We were at the bottom of the hotel. The window at bed side was fantastic. Would say for guests who are fit physically. Was a great experience.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind angeht groß und immer sauber. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön. So wurde der ganze Aufenthalt zu einen erholsamen Urlaub.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful serene. Clean facilities. amazing breakfast incredible views Staff was amazing polite helpful attentive!!! Our room was adorable with sun beds and an incredible sunset view. Book it!!!

We had a private pool, which was in pristine condition. The staff did an excellent job, of keeping our room clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good for a buffet.

Agali houses was a beautiful property and the staff was great! We had a stunning view of the ocean. Two things to note about the location; there was an extreme amount of stairs to get to the hotel and then depending on your room there may be more stairs. You also can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet due to the plumbing system on the island! On the last day we did notice a lot of ants but I am assuming this was due to the location because the hotel was very clean. Overall if you can manage the stairs I highly recommend. The food was good and the pool was very relaxing.
