Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ,με την γυναίκα μου και την μικρή μου κόρη. Ο ιδιοκτήτης κ. Κώστας ότι πιο εξυπηρετικό υπάρχει...απίστευτος... Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο,άνετο,με όλα τα σχετικά,με φανταστική θέα... Το μόνο αρνητικό,που και πάλι είναι υποκειμενικό,ήταν τα μαξιλάρια, που για τα δικά μας γούστα δεν ήταν όπως θέλαμε. Αυτό βέβαια δεν αναιρεί ότι θα πήγαινα να μείνω ξανά... Φουλ ικανοποιημένοι...

Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto tutto sommato straordinariamente pulito, unico neo la difficoltà a comunicare con la persona con la quale ci sentiamo interfacciati per l'appartamento, capiva solo alcune parole di inglese ma non intere frasi di senso compiuto, idem per l'italiano..

We stayed there one night because we couldn't find a room in syvota and this village is just 15 min away from syvota . Don't trust the images.According to the map and the images the hotel was supposed to be very close to the sea with sea view,but it was not. It was actually next to the high speed road to igoumenitsa city. It was very expensive for the facilities it offeres.We paid 80euros for one night (which is very expensive for a village like this considering that we paid just 65 euros per night in a super nice room in a greek island in aegean just two days ago) and they didn't even have at least soap to wash our hands! Bed Mattresses and sofas were old and not comfortable. Remote controls for air condition had no batteries.We had a balcony on the back side with a view in a garden which was not clean and had trash. The only good thing it was that the room was clean, with clean bed sheets and pillows. Overall this room didn't deserve this amount of money, owners should lower the prices, put the correct adress in the map and remove the images with the sea.

It was not welcoming. The address provided in your website is wrong and misleading to another property which is 500 meters away. I tried to call the contact no, but no response from the property owner. With the help of someone living in the property, the owner arrived in 5 minutes and took us to another property. The owner admitted it was a wrong address. But it was disappointing and stressed as not sure whether we get to sleep or find an alternative at 9pm. There was no hot water in the property and owner said it’s not working and can be fixed next day. They are aware of the situation before our arrival however did not notify us in advance. It was horrible to take bath with the super cold water especially with the kids. Please avoid this property

Personale inesistente il proprietario si è fatto vedere solo quando ci ha consegnato la chiave e quando doveva essere pagato. Sul sito Expedia come modalità di pagamento mostrava carta Visa ma ha preteso pagamento in contanti senza lasciare peraltro alcuna ricevuta. Sempre sul sito di Expedia si parla di pulizie giornalieri ma a stento riassetto a i letti inoltre costante in bagno la presenza di topi che rosicchiavano e bucavano la controsoffitta. Quest ultimi chiusi con nastro isolante. Non consigliabile.
