Lovely apartment. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Well located. Less than 10 min walk from metro. 20 min walk to Acropolis area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would like to have had more information about recycling - either being able to do at the apartment or information on nearby street facilities.

Allt var utomordendligt utmärkt. Topplägenhet med fint sovrum, kök och badrum. Allt modernt. Och vid behov ett tv rum med bäddsoffa. Läget supercentralt och förvånasnvärt tyst. Värden trevlig, informativ och bra engelska. Härlig kärlekssemester med frun.

Great location. All attractions are less than 15 minutes away. It is very clean and spacious do not judge from the exterior. the owner is great and very welcoming.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this location. Our host was very helpful and always accessible. We really appreciated the personal nature of our host. The space was very clean and comfortable. And the location turned out to be fantastic. Granted, there was no view of anything, but we were centrally located and easily walked to every attraction, lots of great food, and easy transportation. We would definitely stay at this location again and highly recommend it. Thanks Dimitris.

A great place to stay and walk to anything you want to see, or quickly catch a bus and go to the beach. A great coffee shop at street level for a quick cup before heading out. Shops, food, music all around. Super easy to locate with the historic church nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Muy bien situado, en el centro y fácilmente accesible en metro o andando de los lugares típicos de visitar. Sala un poco pequeña, y cocina pequeña, pero habitaciones muy espaciosas. Fenomenal para estar unos días de turismo. Estuvimos cinco días y pasaron a cambiar ropa de cama , toallas y limpiar. Equipado con menaje básico y productos de limpieza y de higiene personal. Recomendable.

The owner was so accommodating to my elderly mum. Also he made sure we were picked up from the airport and provided clear instructions for everything. Location is extremely central to the historical center and food options. Highly recommend.

My only quibble with description is that there’s no city view. The balcony is very narrow and it looks out over a street between buildings. and, there are people walking and talking until the wee hours, (4 am) of the morning. Truly, this is an apartment with all that comes with it in a city;neighbors dog that yapped a lot as well. Very convenient to the Acropolis. Apartment is spacious and lovely. Dimitri was very helpful in arranging reliable transport . My travel partner was sick, so Dmitri helped make up the living sofa bed so we could have separate sleeping areas.

Demetrius was friendly. The apartment was clean and had plenty of toilet paper, cooking supplies (pots/pans, dishes, silverware), and an electric tea kettle and coffee maker with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. There was a salt & pepper shaker but no pepper just salt available. The heater in the bedroom wasn’t working according to Demetrius so the bedroom was between 52-55 degrees Fahrenheit when I was there. Fortunately I like to sleep in a cold bedroom. The sheets and comforter were comfortable but the bed was too hard for my liking but that is just a personal preference not necessarily a downside. I was there 5 days and the apartment was cleaned once during that time. Again, fine for me alone but maybe not often enough for a family. The location is within walking distance of the Acropolis.

Location was perfect to explore Athens. The space was perfect for our family. We had trouble connecting with the host for checkin but when we finally connected he was very helpful.

Appartement bien équipé et situé a une dizaine de minutrs de marche de Plaka. Quartier silencieux la nuit et vivant le jour. Attention cependant, les photos de l'annonce representent plusieurs appartements, vous ne pouvez donc pas savoir lequel vous aurez. Hote arrangeant et tres sympathique.

The location is good-just 7 minutes' walk from Monastiraki square and metro. The host Dimitris is available by phone and helps in everything needed. The apartments not new but in normal condition.

It’s a place to sleep within walking distance (20 minutes or so) from the Parthenon. There are many different units pictured for this complex, and I think the experience varies according to which one you are in. We had the 2 bedroom city view, which was functional, nothing very great and really nowhere to spend time in the unit unless sleeping. No real common area, the view was the wall of the building next door or the fire escape. Also no ‘check-in’ area, so we had to meet the manager for the key, relying on messages through hotels.com. When arriving to an unfamiliar area at night in a busy city, it wasn’t the ideal experience. Next time I’ll opt for a place with more of a front desk presence, just to remove some travel stress.
