This was a nice place for a stopover upon landing. We were met personally by the owner, who allowed us to check in very early (which was much appreciated with jet-lag). He personally drove us to the airport the next day. The town was a quaint walk very close to the hotel.

Perfect Overnight Stay Before an Early Flight We booked AVR Suites for just one night before our early morning flight, and it was exactly what we needed. We checked in around 5:00 PM and stayed in the suite for the evening since we had to wake up very early the next morning. The suite was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, more like a private Airbnb than a traditional hotel. It had everything we needed for a restful overnight stay. What made our stay especially convenient was the complimentary airport taxi service. The property is only about a 10-minute drive from Athens International Airport, making our early departure completely stress-free. The staff was courteous, responsive, and provided clear instructions before our arrival, making the check-in process simple and hassle-free. Their service was much appreciated. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay before an early flight from Athens, AVR Suites is an excellent choice.

We stayed overnight near airport. Room was super clean with all the mdoern amenities and mini kitchen equipped well. Bathroom.was clean and had all the bath esssentials properly stocked. Airport pick up and drop off was free as well.

The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the owner is incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive to ensuring guests have everything they need. The property was very clean and offered coffee and waters. The bed was comfortable and the shower was one of the best features. The AC worked great. Our host arranged for our taxi to get to the apartment, and then offered the free shuttle the next morning. We communicated easily through WhatsApp. The apartment was a 10-minute walk from the downtown area, and we found great pizza and baklava. It was a lovely evening the night before we were to fly out of Athens. I recommend! Gayle

This was exactly what we needed for a long layover in Athens. The proximity to the airport and free shuttle were great. The host was available and easy to reach and the apartment had everything we needed. I highly recommend whether just for a night or a longer stay if you have the time!

This was a great place to spend our final night in Greece, although we wish we could have stayed longer because the suite was so nice and comfortable. The shuttle drivers were super courteous and friendly, and they directed us to nearby places we could walk to for food or supplies. We were able to pick up groceries just three blocks away and bring them back to the room to prepare. Just be sure to give them prior notice about when and where you need shuttle service. It's a great system and they were right on time both ways. We'd stay here again if we return!

Owner is very nice. Our flight was delayed for two hours and I WhatsApp him and he picked up us from the airport in midnight to the hotel and next morning drove us to the airport. It is perfect for us since we only needed to stay nearby the airport for a night.

Almost new property in a great location close to airport. Food options are in 5-10 minute walking range. Shuttle service was fast (the owners also own a taxi company). Beautiful outdoor patio, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Highly recommend.

Akis and his brother are obviously hard working entrepreneurs. The room was above average but did have a mustiness to it that we got rid of by leaving the doors and balcony open. This is a residential area. However. When we needed rides or information they were 100%. Both Akis and his brother have much better english than my Greek. But if at all possible, if you want a history lesson and great conversation, ask for Vasillis (😬) to drive you into downtown Athens or on your day adventure. There is a bakery within 200 meters, go right. If you like pizza or a great meal. Turn right and walk about 1/4+ mile. On your left will be a group of eating areas. Cosmo’s was excellent. I would go back and stay here!
