Francesco and team provided fabulous service. Communicated via WhatsApp and response was quick and provided resolution. The location is excellent, 10 min walk from Oia central tourist locations and from Ammouni bay. The villa was top notch and included a plunge pool. Breakfast was decent. Note of caution if booking thru Expedia. It will state room has a private hot tub which was not the case. Also be sure if booking a villa with a hot tub if it's heated or unheated.

The villas were amazing and just what we needed. It was very spacious. The villas come with a small kitchen. The pool in front of our villa were perfect for dips after a day of exploring. The town is a short walk. Highly recommend.

By far the best stay ever, the service was really amazing! The 2 brothers were extremely helpful and courteous, always available, just a message away. I’ll book this hotel again for another trip, highly recommended, they will make it feel like home for anyone. The views are stunning, short walk to amazing Oia village with breath taking views. The jacuzzi was warm and super clean, they clean it every day and cover it when not being used. They gave welcome fruits, wine, bread and basic food, amazing cutlery. Everything was just impressive. Super clean and just amazing, super perfect!

Super! They were so attentive. I was with my 78 year old mom. They gave us a personal tour of the island. It had a full kitchen. We had coffee and they gave us bread, jam and fresh fruit. I totally recommend.

This property was perfecf for our stay in Oia Santorini. The property is down the hill from Oia. A quick 10 minute walk but steep hill. Outside of the property there were Free Shuttles to Ahmoudi bay where you have 4 great restaurants with perfect views of the Sunset. Sunset bar was our fav and also Michael Jordan and Oprah been here.. Alex our concierge took care of everything. Rentals and airport transfers. Also a great breakfast. The pool for each villa was perfect and made our stay in Santorini relaxing since there are not many beaches near Oia... Would definitely recommend to any American looking for perfect stay in Oia. Make sure you rent a car or vehicle if staying for few days to visit other towns. Oia is always crowded except for late evenings.

Katharos Villas are a great place to stay. Close enough to the bay and the centre but far enough away not to get caught up in the hustle and bustle. Everything is walkable if you are reasonably fit and able, if not there are a number of taxi options. Our host, Alex, was super helpful and made us feel welcome throughout. The selection of goods put in the villa prior to our arrival were really good too… water, fruit, coffee, bread etc… all the essentials. For the cost of the Villa our stay represented great value. If you are looking for perfection and 180 degree caldera reviews… expect to pay at least 3 times what it costs to stay here. The villas themselves are well equipped, quiet and cosy (but not small)… We were a party of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenage daughters… The villa easily accommodated us all. We would return here.

La struttura è nuova, i proprietari sempre presenti e attenti ad ogni richiesta. Alessandro è stato sempre a nostra disposizione per ogni richiesta e mai invadente. Posizione eccellente, per vedere il tramonto e a pochi passi dal centro di Oia, senza tralasciare la tranquillità della zona che ha reso la nostra vacanza perfetta.

We loved this place, it was quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds and the noise. The view was beautiful aspecially when relaxing and cooling down by or in the pool. Place was clean and welcoming with food items waiting for us when we checked in. It was well apointed with a nice kitchen and fridge stocked with water, fruit, bread, and other items. Service was attentive and welcoming and we were all happy with our stay. Note the walk to town is a little steep at about 15 minutes, so you will get your exercise. There are free shuttles to Ammoudi. Taxi to Oia is pricy relative to the 3 minute drive that it is, we chose to walk and enjoy the open air and the exercise.

We really had a pleasurable experience, especially as a family, very family, friendly resort, our host Alex at the front desk was just an amazing guy. Like a wizard he made everything happen in minutes. The housekeeping stuff was also very pleasant and thorough with providing all services. We will surely return to this property again in the near future, a true nature resort. Till next time 👍

Good location just outside of beautiful downtown Oia and just a quick walk to fantastic Ammoudi port area. Hosts were very helpful in getting us a rental car and offered rides to Oia when we headed off to dinner or lunch. Great hosts!
