We stayed in apartment number 109 with a stunning view of the sea and Greekalbanian coastline directly in front of the house. The apartment is spacious and tidy. As some reviews have noted, there weren't many pots and tools in the kitchen, but that didn't bother us. There are 2 sofas in the living room, but no table, just a peninsula with stools in the kitchen corner. The owner memos was very kind and helpful. The location is very quiet.

The view from the balcony on the top floor was breathtaking. It is clean and pleasant, there are no soaps and chemicals in the room. Also nearby are grocery stores and car rental services.

In 2015, after our third visit that year, I wrote an article about this location. In 2016, we spent 10 weeks at Marialice. The location is amazing. Very peaceful but has quick access to the cassia beach, taverns, and bars. The apartments are situated high on the hill, providing excellent views. It is a steep walk, but driving is so easy, and visiting the entire core is possible from here. We already reserved two extended holidays this year and are searching for suitable flights for the late-season. I cannot express how highly I like this apartment for families and couples. I would say it is not ideal for parties with friends. counting the weeks..

The flowers in this room were nice. They have beautiful gardens and there is a swimming pool. We paid around 150 euros for the week, but this was low season and the car was new. They have a terrace with a huge balcony with views of the sea. The beds condition was very nice with lots of cushions and extra pillows. The location is close to the city center and the beach. The location was good too. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very nice. They provide a grill with two rings in each unit. The room was so small. You get an amazing view from the location. The wifi was also very good. But the situation was so amazing with so many people working here.

The rooms are possibly the best I've stayed in Greece, immaculate, large free safe, and stunning views from the balcony The guy who owns the apartment memos is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble for him. This property is ideal for couples and families with a nice pool and a short stroll to the town centre Book directly with the owner, pay when you get them.
