Momentum Villa’s are modern and stylish with excellent amenities throughout. The location is handy for transport to Rhodes as well as many local dining and shops nearby. The pool is excellent and this place would make a great holiday for a family looking to explore beautiful Rhodes.

We stayed as a group of 6 in one of the villas and our experience was amazing. Upon arrival, Georgia and the owner were so welcoming and had the villa ready for us. The villa was so clean and had everything we could need. The villas are a less than 5 minute walk from 2 supermarkets, one of which we can vouch for has everything you could need. There’s also a delicious bakery a 5 minute walk away. The location is perfect since you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but only a 20-30 euro taxi ride away from the old town. Our experience at Momentum Villas was amazing, and that’s largely thanks to Georgia who is one of the best hosts we have all encountered on our travels. Georgia was friendly and quickly responded to any queries we had, however small they may have been and always with a smile on her face. Georgia is the type of host to make people want to come back and visit again so soon since she really leaves the relaxing up to us and does everything she can to help. The only downside we can even think of is that the pool is 1.4m deep and most of us in our group is short! Maybe we just need to learn to swim…

I would recommend this place. I spent a month there with 3 friends for work. The villa is very high quality and has everything you need. The staff, including the cleaning lady and the gardener, are very friendly and courteous. The owner is always available and friendly and takes everything and gives it everything. We will consider returning.

Villa à l'extérieur de Rhodes construite avec des materiaux de qualité, literie très confortable, équipements adaptés à un séjour agréable, service efficace et sympathique, piscine individuelle qui est parfaite et qui apporte un réel plus à cette villa. Bref une très belle adresse. Prévoir néanmoins une voiture pour rayonner et visiter les plus belles plages (cote Est) de Rhodes.

We had a great time staying at three momentum villas as a hen party group of 11 people! The location was fantastic, with nearby commodes within a short walk and the taxi rank just outside. We had all we required. The villas were all clean, and the bottle of wine and basic grocery provided upon arrival were a lovely touch. We appreciated being able to use one villa as a focal point for bonding by the pool. Extra sunbeds were available as we could all be together. It felt equally good for family groups. Takes was a wonderful host, answering all of my inquiries throughout our trip, and we felt well taken care of. The only minor minor point of constructive criticism I could offer is having mirrors in all rooms, but this isn't a necessity, but a preference for us as a group of women!.

Momentum villas are the absolute place to stay in Rhodes. The villas are fantastic, contemporary, with heated pools, a perfect setting and a perfect location. Takes, the owner, is the most hospitable person, always on hand to welcome guests, give recommendations or help with any requests, nothing is too much bother. The villas app is great, with lots of recommendations beach nearby at 5 minutes, lots of great restaurants on walking distance, 2 supermarkets too, taxi rank in front, free transfer to airport, breakfast items waiting for you, what else could you ask for? We had the best vacation and will return. Efaristo, takes.

I recommend this villa to everyone. It has everything you need. Beautiful heated pool, modern interior, very clean, close to the sea, staff very nice.

What a stunning modern contemporary villa and space. The villa itself appears exactly as it appears in the pictures. a large open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a spherical set of glass doors leading to the very spacious pool and outdoor area. All immaculate and private. There is all you could possibly need in the villa, including a very nice welcome gift from Takes. For me, the standout features of staying here were 1. The heated pool is a lovely addition 2. Everything is immaculate and appears to be brand new. 3. Takes is more than just a wonderful host. He was above and beyond in communication and arranging transportation for us. 4. The location is perfect I cannot recommend this location enough, and when we return to Rhodes, we will be staying here once more.
