No loitering or excessive noise outside the house.

Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

Enjoy the facilities responsibly. Please use the patio and other common areas with respect.

Turn off lights, heating, and cooling when not in use to conserve energy.

Check-Out Procedure:

Place all used towels in the bathroom and leave the used linens on the bed.
Remove all personal belongings and dispose of any trash.
