It’s such a convenient location with a great view of the sea and landscape. The cave house is snug and offers a unique experience. The two bathrooms helped with our family of four sharing the house all getting ready around the same time. The hot tub is located in a way where it offers a lot of privacy. Communication with Elizabeth was excellent. We were given information and recommendations about restaurants, places to visit and bus schedules. A private boat tour was also arranged tailored to our schedule and requirements which was absolutely amazing. The sofa bed in the living room could be improved for more comfort. The stairs leading to house from the Main Street is steep so bear in mind if booking for someone with physical challenges. Overall a great experience staying at Opsis Cave House.

nice house for small family or honeymoon trip.especially for the photo shooting. Pls note to contact the house before u arrive otherwise you cannot find the correct location. We love this one!

We decided to experience staying in Oia since it is the most unique and interesting part of Santorini. Staying in a cave house was a good choice! We absolutely loved staying here, to wake up to the view of the caldera every morning was mesmerizing. The host (Jaf) met us and helped get us settled in with suggestions on how to make the most of our stay. Jaf was also responsive to WhatsApp messages and arranged pick up from the port and drop off at the airport for us. I will remember this experience for many years to come!

Close enough to the drop off point but not too close. The view is amazing. Once you get the hot tub warm enough it's perfect. Make sure you put your hand in to check before the guy helping you check in leaves. Perfect location too!

Stayed in this man-made-cave house for 3 nights at end of December, was able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony. The restaurant next door (20 steps away) is famous for seafood, packed everyday. Overall I like this place and will definitely recommend to others.

you are walking distance to everything. The owner and manager were both extremely helpful in organizing a ride to and from. the view is incredible words can not describe it and there is a doctors office right down the street if you happen to tear your mcl like i did lol. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone interested in seeing the beautiful Santorini and all it has to offer

Perfect accomodation right in the centre of oia. Stunning views from the hot tub. Great service from the hosts, very quick at replying to texts. On time for pick ups/drop offs. Very accomodating- will carry and store your luggage. Hotel like service. Efficient daily cleaning as well. Oia can get very busy especially when cruise ships are there. The house is an oasis of calm in a very busy town.

The property is positioned in a busy central area, however once through the small gate you descend to a secluded oasis with magnificent views of the Caldera. Sun and shade are in abundance as well as the most welcome plunge pool. The transfers organised by Zaf from the airport and to the ferry port were seemless, his knowledge of the island would benefit any visitor.

The property was so neat how it was like a cave cut out into a nice quaint little house, gorgeous views of the water and surrounding islands. Close walking distance to delicious restaurants. The only downside was the hot tub did not get hot enough in the cool February weather.

Lovely property but the reason for the poor review is that the hot tub prominently featured in the cover photo was not working. I asked Viktor immediately if he could heat it up upon arrival. He tried and was unable to do so. To top it off, we listened to our neighbors enjoying their tub, which Viktor was also responsible for. We chatted with them and felt their hot water. Also, prior to my visit, I messaged Opsis and said that we were really looking forward to using the hot tub. It was freezing and unusable for our entire three night stay. It was a big factor in why we booked Opsis in the first place, so that was very disappointing.
