Posto bellissimo... Da sogno! Il personale davvero molto gentile! La vista panoramica dalla nostra stanza era veramente bellissima e la struttura pur essendo a due passi dal centro di Imerovigli, era immersa nella tranquillità... un'oasi per rigenerarsi e staccare davvero la spina. Noi abbiamo preso la stanza con la vista sul mare e con l'idromassaggio e la consiglio vivamente. Unico consiglio per la struttura, di munire le stanze di uno stendino per la biancheria perché appoggiando i vestiti ad asciugare sulle sedie, ed essendoci spesso dentro le cose rischiano di volare via. Per il resto davvero la stanza e la parte esterna offre tantissime comodità. Se tornerò a Santorini sicuramente vorrei alloggiare nuovamente qui!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Phaos Imerovigli - the staff are welcoming and friendly, the view from Room No1 is spectacular. The Staff at the local Illios Bakery 200 meters up the road are incredible.

In a very nice quiet location with great views of the sunrise, we never had breakfast but there’s a bakery just up the hill that delivers from which we had coffee and pastry every morning which was very good. The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent, our room was spotless when they’d been in. The staff are super helpful and very friendly and approachable. Imerovigli is only a short walk up the hill and has less crowds than Fira/Oia and lots of great places to grab food and drinks with fantastic views. The hot tub is a great addition and nice for relaxing after a busy day walking around in the heat/a lot of uphill walking We would absolutely stay here again if we were to return to Santorini, thank you to the staff again for everything!

Hot tub was the highlight and location of property with great sunrise and sea views. Close to everything but also very quiet, private and secluded. A real gem of a location and had lots of local amenities just a few minutes walk away. If you literally crossed the road you had full Island views and that of the Caldera absolutely stunning! Staff were excellent and very attentive. Great communication from the reception/management team from booking, arrival, during stay and on departure. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tub and maintenance guy was always on hand and did daily hot tub checks as did the cleaning staff. Bathroom in our suite could do with a refurb but it was fully functionally always plenty of hot water and not an issue for us. We will definitely return. Thank you 👌

Absolutely loved this hotel. Our rooms were very spacious, clean, and had incredible views. I also loved that the rooms had plenty of counter space, floor space, and closet space to unpack our things. Jona was fabulous and took amazing care of us. They can arrange taxis for wherever you would like to go. Will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends!

Service was excellent, cleaning lady is wonderful, nice outdoor space overlooking the ocean and always greeted by whatever cat was on duty. Loved that it’s just a short walk to stores and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!

The staff were fantastic. They set up a crib and brought us toys for our 18 month old. The hot tub had some bugs in it but so does mine at home. Tons of parking too.

The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and accommodating. She let us leave out luggage in the office when we arrived early. She set up a rental car to be delivered to us at our day and time of choice. And she gave great advice on things in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at Phaos Santorini Suites! It was my mom and I who stayed here. It had a gorgeous unobstructed view of the west side of the island where you can see the sunrise. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower superb and had great water pressure. The hotel was also in a quiet spot so away from the hustle and bustle, which we were grateful for. When we walked around in Oia, we noticed most of the hotels there were in the heart of it and offered no privacy to the guests lounging in their hot tub and decks while we felt lots of privacy and quiet with our own hot tub and deck at Phaos. We rented a car while here and were really appreciative of how easy it was to park at the hotel and get in and out with our car. Phaos was exceptional in providing a relaxed, laid back atmosphere. It’s also very close to the trail between Oia and Fira so easy access to all the shops and restaurants on that trail. Added bonus was its close proximity to Ilios Bakery, which I highly recommend guests take advantage of. They delivered food directly to our room for free and the service was fast. The food is also really good with reasonable prices. We had dinner there when we arrived and had two breakfasts delivered so we can eat with a view. I will certainly stay at Phaos again whenever I plan to return to Santorini!

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds have a very firm mattress, but I prefer that. We had the updated room with private jacuzzi; we loved it! Quiet and clean.
