Fab location and views from the balcony. Lovely apartment loft bedroom with huge bed and lovely bedding. The kitchen poorly equiped extra cutlery dishes a saucepan and sweeping brush would have been useful . However iron, washing machine and hairdryer all availabe. Housekeeping staff lovely. A bit noisy due to a night club below.

The suites were amazing, gorgeous views of the harbour and sea. Very comfy bed, massive apartment. Unfortunately, the first night was a Saturday, and we could hear a local night club most of the night. This didn't ruin our stay, and we'd definitely return!

It was great to stay there for one night. When we arrived, no-one was at the reception, which is understandable since there are only 4 rooms in the hotel. The receptionist arrived within 15 min of our phone call. The location is very central, but there is a problem with free parking in the neighbourhood. A paid parking 300 m away costs €9 per day. The room (rather, it is an apartment) is very cosy and clean, and it is cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Overall - a very nice impression; highly recommended.

Leider gab es im Bad immer wieder kleine Überflutungen, durch die Dusche oder Waschmaschine?? Der nächtliche Lärm durch die viel zu laute Musik war sehr störend. Auch bei gutem Willen und geschlossenen Fenstern hatten wir leider schlaflose Nächte. Wir hatten die Wahl zwischen geschlossenen Fenstern und lauter Klimaanlage oder offenen Fenster und Lärm bis zum Sonnenaufgang.

Das Apartment ist toll gelegen. Direkt am venezianischen Hafen mit Blick Richtung Osten, also Sonnenaufgangseite. Der Maisonettestil macht die Wohnung sehr besonders. Erste Enttäuschung war das Fehlen jeglicher Basics in der Küche, wie Öl, Gewürze, um kochen zu können. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und bieten wenig Entspannung. Das größte Problem war ein Club, der keine 50 Meter im Hafen entfernt war. Das war mit keiner Silbe im Text erwähnt. Jede Nacht gab es sehr laute Musik. Sämtliche Bemühungen seitens der Gastgeber führten nur zu zeitlichen Unterbrechungen. Die Polizei war involviert. Da wir kaum durchschlafen konnten, haben wir von unserem Preisminderungsrecht Gebrauch gemacht und warten nun auf die Bearbeitung bei Expedia. Leider können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, trotz der herrlichen Lage und des guten Services von Seiten des Gastgebers.
