The best place to feel like home away from home in a beautiful island, on the quiet town with amazing beach and all the service first class.! The two hosts Elena andrea are fantastic as guests and with customer proactivity a high quality villa to spend the perfect vacation in the agean sea.

I strongly recommend this villa. We had an incredible stay at Seabreeze Villa. The location is amazing. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and a few steps from a beautiful beach bar. The villa has the best sunset views on the island with two roof terraces to watch them from with a chilled mythos beer. The interior of the villa is very high quality and we could not find a single fault. Andrea was a great host and always available to answer any questions we had and recommend restaurants and bars.

We loved every minute we spent here! I cant think of one fault. No expense was spared, the whole villa was designed to a very high standard and the structure had a highquality finish. We adored waking up to a sea view from our pillows! The beach is stunning. With only a few people and lots of beachfront sand dunes to pick a secluded spot under the shade of a tree. The magical moment was snorkeling solo on the villas beach following a large aft sea turtle for mins! Incredible! Cos is a lovely island we hired a car for the week there were many interesting sights. If you head up to the woods at the highest point of the island you may spot a tortoise we discovered sleeping under a tree. The Seabreeze Villa is surrounded by great restaurants and large beach bean bags for enjoying a cocktail. One night, we sat in a restaurant and 200 people heard goats flew around the island following their sheepdog leader the waiter told us the dog follows the goats around the island for grass to eat hilarious to watch and fascinating seeing a dog so independently clever. Im a property investor myself and Im thinking about doing business here in the coming years. Hope the Seabreeze Villa will set the president for highclass development in the area and the mastichari port

The villa is perfectly built to the highest standards set out in the photographs and video footage of the property. Great for families as well as for pros. You can kitesurf, windsurf, sail, and other activities on the stunning beach. The neighbouring villas are not inhabited even though the estate is located in a modest neighborhood of grand mansions, giving you the best privacy no matter if you plan a quiet or holiday evening party. The villa is perfectly positioned for a wonderful ocean view, but it also features some wind shadows from the surrounding grassfield. Everything else we needed was taken care of by Andrea promptly to your complete satisfaction. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition as shown in the pictures. The villa is ideal for 6 people, so everyone has a lovely bed. There is a small area for 78 people, with one person sleeping on the couch and one on a retractable provisional bed, which I wouldn't recommend sleeping on very thin trace. As a whole, I can recommend Villa Sea Breeze as a 5-star accommodation.

We just got back from our vacation at Seabreeze Villa, and I can honestly say that it is the nicest villa I've ever seen! There is nowhere else on Cos island like it to stay, and the interior is utterly gorgeous. The villa is to a very high standard. There is a pool, a smart speaker, wifi, and even a bluetooth speaker, and the beds are very comfortable. The views from the balconies are breathtaking, and the shore is only a 2-minute walk away. There isn't a compromise on anything about this villa! Andrea, the owner, was friendly and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt, we will come back to stay again.
