What an amazing location - beachside!! Greg, and his parents and the other staff at Sweet Dreams were so welcoming and friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. Lovely jubby!! Prices were very very reasonable, food was great, breakfast such a bargain. The apartments were clean, functional and a short walk up the beach and you're in the main bit of Kavos so nice and quiet!! Overall we'd really recommend a stay there if you want a real family run place with a choice of pool and beach!

Hotel très agréable, piscine et mer à proximité, Greg et sa famille sont très accueillants et sympatiques L’hôtel est paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Proche du centre de KAVOS en passant par la plage, un peu plus difficile d'accès par la route. La ville est très active et animée (beaucoup de bars, restaurants, supermarchés,...), environ 1h30 de car pour accéder à la capitale de l'île. Beaucoup d'activités sportives ou sorties en bateau possibles à proximité de l'hôtel. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour et ne regrettons pas notre choix !

Just returned from a week at Sweet dreams, I was with my mum and two children and had a great time there!! The swimming pool was always clean and everyone there were considerate to the other people around the pool!! At night there was no noise and got a great night sleep every night. We paid for the air con which is a must there other wise it would be too hot but money well spent. Will definitely return X

Erholsame Tage haben wir bei Gregory und seinem Vater verbracht. Beide waren super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die ganze Familie spricht Deutsch, das hätte ich im britisch geprägten Kavos nicht erwartet. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vom Haupthaus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und zu Fuß sind es 10 min am Strand entlang zum Zentrum mit Geschäften und Bars. Der Strand ist naturbelassen, dafür aber ohne Steine, feinster Sand. Das Meer ist flach und sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Von den vielen feierenden britischen Jugendlichen haben wir nichts mitgebekommen. Am Strand war es Anfang Juli fast menschenleer .Die Jugend hat tagsüber geschlafen, die Party ging erst ab 24.00 Uhr los und dann nur in der Barstraße. Also herrliche Ruhe und Sweet dreams...

L'hôtel est un peu vétuste et d'un confort plutôt sommaire. Dommage qu'il n'y a plus de restauration, ni de petit dej et que les transats sur la plage soient payants. Sinon la piscine est top, les chambres spacieuses, et les lits confortables. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien car ni trop loin, ni trop près du centre très bien de Kavos la nuit. Vous serez donc au calme. Le personnel (notamment Dimitri) et le responsable Grégory font tout pour vous satisfaire.

Die ganze Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, direkt am schönen Sandstrand gelegen. Pool und Poolbar waren super. Sehr freundliche Besitzer! Gartenanlage mit Obstbäumen wunderschön, wir durften immerwieder Feigen und Pfirsiche direkt vom Baum pflücken. Die drei Hunde sind sehr gut erzogen, waren ruhig und Kinderlieb. Toll, dass wir bei der Geburt von 13 jungen Hündchen dabei sein durften! Wir haben die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr genossen, danke Gregory, Nicolai und Lina!

Nous avons passés 15 jours , excellent endroit pour profiter du calme, du cadre, piscine, plage tout est sur place. Proximité des commerces de kavos en longeant la plage 5 minutes à pieds. Accès direct à la plage depuis la piscine. Le personnel et les responsables sont formidables. On peut y manger les spécialités corfiotes. Pas cher du tout. Il faut penser au moyen de locomotion pour visiter l île car en bus c est un peu l aventure. Bien desservi mais les trajets peuvent être long sinon, nous avions un vehicule de location qui permet de visiter l ile à notre guise. Sur les appartements tout y est : l essentiel. On est en vacances pas à la maison et de plus sur une île. Très propre femmes de ménages quotidien draps et serviettes changeaient tous les jours si on leur précise. Bar ouvert jusque tard dans la nuit avec cocktails smoothies milkshakes bières et spécialités grecques ouzo et sambucca . Attention la ginger beer n est pas une bière mais un soda. Bon séjour à vous maintenant nous y retournerons sûrement le an prochain.

We have spent 12 days at Hotel Sweet Dreams and it was very good. Nice location, duplex apartment, clean, open pool in facility, pleasant and relaxing holiday. Our 17 and 12 year old kids loved it. Many thanks to Nikos, Gregory and their family (the owners) for a nice holiday.

Our holiday didn't start very well when we were put on the wrong bus from the airport and ended up on the wrong end of the island. When we were finally on our way to the correct place, it was already midnight and the journey was going to be another two hours. At this point we rang the apartments and spoke to the son of the guy who ran the place. He spoke very good English and was kind, helpful and reassuring. He gave us several personal numbers to phone when we arrived and calmed us down immensely, which was much needed. This kind of personal service continued throughout the whole holiday with both father and son being exceptionally jolly and friendly at all times. We were impressed with the level of cleanliness of our room, the pool and the poolside toilet. (In fact, Corfu is home to some of the cleanest public toilets we have ever seen!) The room was basic but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the linen was clean and there were plenty of plug sockets. We did have to ask for loo roll when we were running out but this was given to us straight away. The apartments are in an excellent location if you want a quiet and relaxing break (although occasionally, the hotel next door got a bit loud late at night). You never had to fight for a sun lounger and ofter had the pool to yourself. We were B&B and brakfast was a little limited (a continental was two pieces of toast!) but the food was great quality and the full English was realy good, including the bacon!

En bout d'une route non goudronnée;a une heure et demi de l’aéroport en taxi compter 65 euros . Pas de réception tous ce gère depuis le bar de la piscine.Le fils Gregory, gère le site avec son père;très familiale Gregory et très arrangeant .Ville qui attire les jeunes pour les soirées alcoolisées,heureusement la situation de l’hôtel fait oublier ses désagréments;située face a la plage.(très belle piscine et propre) Climatisation a prévoir en plus;(non compris dans la location ainsi que la wifi a rajouter....)Nous avons eu un duplex la cuisine et minimaliste 2 plaques chauffantes(une demi heure pour que l'eau bout) un faitout une petite poêle et une bouilloire;une terrasse très au calme pour pouvoir manger;très bonne exposition.

At my arrive the owner say me that: air conditioned is to pay 12 euro every day(There are not mosquito net in windows or door,so, it's a problem to take windows open during night). Sun beds in beach is to pay 6 euro (2 sunbeds and a beach_umbrella) every day. Swimming pool is reservend to costumers of the beach-bar,so, if you drink, then you can use swimming pool. All this service was declared FREE at the moment of my reservation: this is FALSE.

This is literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. There is no hot water, it is dirty, in chaos, full of insects, feels run down, the fridge is dripping, my husband fell off a chair because it is an old old plastic chair, everything is so old and shabby. Honestly this is not even a 1 star apart hotel. The only decent thing is the pool.

Gente ignorante e improvvisata senza la minima conoscenza delle norme ogeniche do base. Le foto della struttura imbrogliano tutto sembra fantastico invece tutto cade a pezzi. E se ti lamenti ti mandano pure a quel paese con insulti.

En kedelig oplevelse toiletter fungerede ikke,afløb løb over det lignede noget der var løgn billederne må være fra da man startede op. Tæpper lagt over møbler der var i stykker billard bordet har været i stykker længe lobbyen fandt vi aldrig Der var som skrevet aircon hvilket kostede cirka 1500 for vores 13 overnatninger. Der stod gamle ting overalt. Det var lidt for familieejet da de har deres 2 hunde gående rundt de gjorde intet men hvis man har børn der ikke er vilde med store hunde har man et problem og ejeren lå og sov til middag ved det de kalder reastauranten. Swimmingpoolen er det eneste som jeg kan sige var ok men det var lange 14 dage kommer der aldrig mere
