One of the greatest places we have ever visited in Greece! The owner is very welcoming, the rooms are spotless, and they have a good internet connection! The property has a private parking space, so everyone can have a stress-free parking spot! Overall, a great experience and very high recommendations for a villa pep to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay! We appreciate you to constantino and his father for the wonderful summer days we had at this property.

This has become my favorite core apartment. It's in such a lovely, quiet location to wake up to the sunrise in the mornings and is still near enough to walk to shops, bakeries and other restaurants. If you like seafood, I've discovered some of the best hidden gems south of this property, close to the coast. The accommodation itself is well equipped and ideal for self catering experiences, with a lovely patio where you may relax and take in the atmosphere. The owner is great, friendly, and eager to assist, and they can often be found looking after the well-kept gardens. Parking is also available on-site, so if you have your vehicle, it's no problem. I would recommend this accommodation for couples, singles, or a small family.

I'd suggest it to couples because it is a great value for money at 50 euros a night in August. This was our third visit to Villa Pep and spires. His wife, unusually nicknamed Pep, is kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your time there. We have stayed in all the studios and have found them excellent, with all the amenities you require. The villa is about a 3-minute walk from the center, which means it is very peaceful. Parking is available, and the front-side view of the sea and the Greek mainland is breathtaking. The gardens are beautifully kept by spires, which can be seen daily tending to them.

The best things are your Spire and PEP. You should stay at Villa Pep if you want beautiful apartments, peace and relaxation. The rooms are clean and in good show house condition. We have spent another two wonderful weeks here with them and will do so again in 2018, 2019, 2020 and many more years as long as they have us there. Thank you both for the wonderful vacation and beautiful memories to keep us warm until the next year, when we go back.

We have stayed in the top apartment at Villa Pep twice. The apartment is just four years old and is kept to a very high standard by the owners, spiro and pep, a lovely couple who can't do enough for you to ensure you enjoy your vacation. We arrived very late and set up access to the apartment before leaving. The arrangements worked perfectly, and when we arrived, the outside and inside lights were turned on to welcome us up. On the table was a bowl of fruit and vegetables that was left as a welcome present and there was a bottle of water in the fridge. After a long day of travel, we dropped into bed tired but relaxed. The beds are like most Greek beds harder than ours at home, but they are not uncomfortable and a regular change of crisp, fresh sheets ensures a good nights sleep. The apartment's balcony is spacious and has a table that easily seats 6. The view is fantastic and if you like me, you can watch the sun rise over the Greek main land every morning as the local fishermen go about their mornings job. It is an amazing way to start the day. The owners, spiro and pep, are really the nicest people you could meet. They pop in each day to clean any rubbish you may have and bring you gifts of produce from their garden. Both are dedicated and determined to ensure that you enjoy your stay
