We are so glad we stayed here before our cruise out of the Port Piraeus! We had a lovely stay in this unit with plenty of room to spread out. We walked to the lovely downtown for coffee and dinner as well as to the beach and the lake. Sofia was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was super helpful,responsive and kind to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay for a night or two. Sofia helped us to arrange transport from the airport and to/from the Temple of Poseidon.

Perfect for 2 nights at the beach, 10 minutes walk away from a great beach and Lake Voulegmeni. Sofia was really helpful and we were greeted and shown around by her colleagues.

I did like that it was modern and clean. Too many stairs. The bathtub should have a shower holder and curtain. Wet the floor every time.

One of our favorite places we’ve visited in Greece and the hosts were amazingly responsive. The location was perfect, walkable to everything and away from the bustle of of Athens.

Beautiful, clean and super convenient. Loved that the owner was thoroughly responsive and friendly. There was only 2 minor things that needed attention- a leak in the bathroom and a noise in one of the A/C units. Owner was getting right on it requesting a technician asap. Highly recommend place to stay and hope to return one day.

Having this apartment in Vouliagmeni was like home away from home in some respects. Not as comfortable as our home, rather more sparsely furnished, but very quiet. The beds and the lounge were comfortable, the dining area and outside furniture not so much. Beds were nice and firm, which we like, and not overdressed with heavy doonas (duvets). Unfortunately the previous guests had broken the shower screen before we arrived, which meant battling to stop water from flooding out of the shower. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Parking is quite a battle in Vouliagmeni, but we did manage to frequently find a reliably free spot on the corner of Thalias and Ermou.

Extreamly helpful host and a clean, well appointed apartment. Very convenient for bars, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Lovely view of the sea.

The property is in a very nice part of Athens and is completely renovated. It was very clean. Sophiia was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was small but comfortable If you are able to carry your own luggage up MANY STAIRS it's a good stay. Several heavy bags can be an issue due to stairs and space.

The property was nice and located in a great area with beautiful views. You can get to the beach and nice restaurants fairly easily. They took off two stars for the following reasons: - Staff told me I can park in front of the property despite the fact that there were residential parking restriction signs. I did so and received a parking ticket. I have to figure out how to pay even though I am no longer in Greece and the owner has not expressed an interest in helping to defray the costs. - The property is located on a steep hill. We had to go up some steep stairs, then a cyclical metallic staircase, to get to the unit that we rented. This is very difficult if you have kids, large luggage, or an elderly person traveling with you.

i had one of the worst trip ever for a long time. Booked for two nights. The bathroom has a lot of mold, very very bad. i was not feeling comfortable and tried to communicate to the hotel to refund me the 2nd night. The hotel rejected my request and did not apologize at all. Nevertheless, I just can not stay in the room that has such bad mold, it's very unhealty and i don't think the hotel own even care about it. Net- if u want a good, comfortable, clean place for your holiday, i will not recommend this place.
