The staff and manager are very kind and friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel service. Chungking Mansions is an old mansion, I like those people who misunderstood that don't make a fair comment. The rooms on the upper floors do have advantages. But as a budget hotel, it has a security locker, a private washroom, and digital door access, which is really hard to ask for, especially in budget hotels like these.

Booking rooms was easy and definitely fine for budget we tried to adhere to. Four nights per room was roughly$. But, the proprietor, my. Singh, and his son were rude, kurt, abrupt and dismissive during our entire stay. After the first night, I was moved without my knowledge to a different, smaller room with no explanation. My room was never cleaned, garbage was thrown out, soap was changed in the dispenser, and new towels were never available. Wi-Fi was nonexistent due to location being in a dead spot. There are several properties for rent within the criteria of Holland Guest House. Try one of those.. Youll have much better experience.

At the start of our journey to China, we stayed at the Netherlands Guest House, and we felt so much better about it that we wanted to go back for the tour. Chucking mansions are extremely busy and crowded with different types of people. It may be intimidating for some at first, but everyone is very kind and eager to help you find your room. The proprietor of Holland Guest House and the Philippine Guest House, Suki, was incredibly welcoming. Every day, he changed our sheets, cleaned our rooms, and gave us new towels. While the rooms are small, chucking mansions is the ideal choice given the price you pay and the five minute walk from the star ferry. I would not think twice about making another reservation if visiting Hong Kong. I would avoid it if I were to go to Hong Kong. If you want a luxury hotel, stay at Mandarin Oriental instead.

宾馆位于尖沙咀地铁站附近的重庆大厦里，去地铁站非常方便，首先在C座的13楼check in ，前台是位外籍人士，不会中文，前台墙上有中文翻译，不会英文的可以对照中文翻译告诉前台你所需要的，交了100港币的押金，然后前台人员就带你到房间里，在C座的17楼，我们走楼梯上去，到了房间，前台人员耐心給我们讲注意事项，（哪里开灯，开热水器，开空调，然后介绍走廊里怎么使用热水壶和微波炉），服务非常好，但是房间的话只能放得下一个床，多几个行李箱都放不下了，床单不太干净，带点黄色和黑色的污迹，我们就把外套铺在枕头上，把T恤牛仔裤穿上睡觉，空调非常强劲，浴室的热水非常充足，水压也很猛，可以冲很久。我们晚上10点多入住，早上8点就check out ，当作随便找个地方睡觉。早上起来，开房门刚好有印度服务员在，直接问我们拿了押金单，退了100押金给我们就走了。
