Friendly receptionist staff compared to a few staff at Ibis Styles Canberra. Location was not as expected. It is near the border of NSW & ACT. 10-min walk from the nearest bus stop. Cleanliness is OK. A bit uncomfortable when looking at a pile of dirty linens near the parking. 25 mins to Kingston Station. We took the bus when arriving, transit 1 time. Total trip from the station by bus was around 1.5 hours. Still comfortable ride with a chance to sightseeing Canberra city from the bus. We took Uber/Didi car for 10 mins to the closest shopping area with complete amenities. Bathroom was clean. The heater worked fine even though it looked old and rusty. Overall, worth it for a short stay.

I will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was very helpful in making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was comfortable, and the bed was wonderful, ensuring a good nights sleep thanks to the blackout curtains and the quiet room. The in-room dining at local restaurants was appreciated on our first night after a long drive. The car park was easy to use because number plate recognition. The location is very central, and we enjoyed the coffee at the adjacent arc cafe.

It's really a pleasure to book this hotel. Centrally located and quite reasonably priced. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is maintained clean. I didn't mind it at all. The room is really roomy and has a separate couch. Would stay here again. The restaurant on site is excellent, especially using Actor Plus.

Salah satu alasan kami memilih menginap di Novotel Canberra adalah lokasinya yang sangat strategis. Dekat dengan pusat kota sehingga mudah dan menghemat waktu. Harganya agak mahal dibandingkan dengan hotel lain tetapi menurut saya sesuai dengan fasilitas dan layanan yang ditawarkan. Kami juga mendapat free upgrade ke one bedroom apartement, yang membuat pengalaman menginap kami di hotel jauh melebihi harapan kami. Kebersihan hotel dan kamar secara keseluruhan desain yang chic dan modern kolam renang indoor heated pool kolam renang air hangat dalam ruangan jacuzzi siapa dan sauna lokasi yang sangat dekat dengan restoran dan mal pelayanan hotel parkir yang cepat dan efisien.

Hotel yang cukup bagus. Saya akan kembali. Ketika saya tinggal di di sini lagi, beberapa kelemahan hotel yang saya alami ketika saya pertama kali menginap di hotel-rumah saya diperbaiki. Misalnya, menu restoran diubah dan makanannya enak dibandingkan dengan pengalaman saya sebelumnya. Namun, fasilitas kebugaran di hotel ini masih kurang lengkap.

Tempat yang sangat sederhana tetapi bersih dan nyaman. Makanan di restoran cukup enak, kolam renangnya juga bersih dan menyenangkan. Karena hotel ini terletak di dekat kota Bengala CCivic, lokasinya bagus. Harganya agak mahal, tetapi juga lumayan dibandingkan dengan hotel-villa lain di Bengala.

We are happy to be able to stay here because the apartment design looks contemporary, with a cozy bed and a huge bathroom. We were given a good receptionist service, the room is clean and well furnished. The location is strategic as it is close to everything, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment areas.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Hotel Dina. The hotel looks brand new, the rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, and the staff is friendly. Getting into downtown Cranberry is very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were aware of no parking at the hotel upon arrival, which is a touch dissatisfactory but practical. We took off our bags and went to park the car, which was approximately a 10 minute walk from Rp in the winter, to say it was fresh understated. When I came back to the hotel to check in, only one person was there, and sadly, it was quite busy at the time, so the time to get to the room was long. Having said that, the personnel was friendly and aided us to store the bags until we returned from parking the vehicle. Despite being on a busy section of Cranberry, the room itself was lovely and pleasant and quiet. The restroom was okay, and the room was well-kept. No problems checking out. Valet parking or similar, as well as working with a neighborhood restaurant to provide meals, are other options that they might look into. Just a thought, if they could look into working with a local restaurant to provide meals, I had no problems.

It's unfortunate there is no onsite parking, which I forgot to check when booking. This hotel is in an excellent position, right next to the theatre, there is a lot of waste space at the entrance to the room, and unfortunately no bath, but the room is small and the room has a nice big shower.

It's true that the hotel is beautiful and not deluxe but really good. It has everything you'd expect, including comfy beds, a desk, wifi, and a small kitchenette with a microwave, espresso, and hotplates. The cafe downstairs was temporarily closed for a few days when we were there, but the two other cafes there could not offer a full breakfast buffet and only coffee and orange juice. So, we left and took a 30-minute walk across the cranberry grind, where we got excellent coffee, orange juice, and chocolate. Desk quickly pointed out that neither of the coffee shop downstairs is owned by the hotel but is still on the property, so they will receive a negative blowback from poor service to their hotel customers.

This accommodation is perfect. It has a lovely little kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge. Plenty of space for a couple of us. We only had a queen bed, but that was fine for us. It is in a great location in the center of the city, close to shops and many restaurants. A short walk to Florida. I would stay there again.

It was my first time staying in this hotel, and I am so satisfied with the cleanliness, comfort, and cleanness. The beds comfort was great, the linen was lovely and the facilities included a chromecast facility, a nice shower, and a gorgeous decoration. The situation is perfect, in fact, the Cranberry Theatre is close by, so I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I can suggest is to have housekeeping improve the milk, tea, and coffee amounts because they are not enough. The staff at the front desk were also really helpful and kind, and they were very welcoming.

I recently planned a birthday getaway for my wife and decided on a By Dina Cranberry. I'm so glad I did because the staff went above and beyond to make it very special thank you all very much. Staff, location, room, value, all round. Highly recommended.
