Paskal-Lux Apartments House Rules
1) Guests arriving at the Apartment House must check in per person before occupying the accommodation. To present your photo documents for registration, please show them to the landlord or their representative. The information on them is will be recorded by document scanner in compliance with its fulfillment of an obligations. (according to law 2016. évi CLVI.)
Since 01 September 2021 we could have only received guests, who have a valid identity document
In lack of this, we have to refuse provide the accomodation services
This rules is valid from 0 up to 18 years too.
2) We could present bed or any device for baby, if you need at the time your booking
3) The price is included utility bills and other overheads, bed linen with towels and final cleaning. Towels are changed weekly for stays longer than a week.
4) Please leave place before the gate. For free parking in the yard is needed your indication demand at the time of booking
5) The checking time is from 15:00 to 18:00, and the day of the leaves the apartment is until 10:00. For other possibility you have to keep in touch with your representative. It can be flexible
6) Leaving apartment after 18:00 costs price for 1 night. Leaving before agreed date, the price is the amount fee of booking
7) Our guests could receive visitors only with landlord’s permisson, only during the day (8:00-21:00, its forbidden receive visitors at the night.
8) Please phone us 20 minutes before you leave the apartment to check the room inventory
9) The night rest is 22:00-8:00. Please avoid the loud activity, and the noise walking in the house.
10) If you have problem with the apartment, please indicate immediately us. We can’t accept the subsequent complaint
11) At the day of your departure leave your key for the gate, house and room in the keygarage!!!
12) In case of lose the keys, remote controls (air condition, heater, tv) you have to pay this devices, or price of changing the lock
13) The apartments are full equipped, at the arrived and the day of the departured will be checked. Please verify with your signature the inventory by arriving after exepting.
14) It is forbidden to rearrange the equipment in the apartment or room!
15) If a discrepancy or damage is detected during the check of the inventory upon departure, the value of the missing or damaged assets will be charged, the guest is obliged to pay for it.
16) The landlord is entitled to check - without prior notice - whether the guests stay in the accommodation in the number of guests announced or paid for in advance. The inspection must not involve harassing the guest and the inspection and cleaning must respect the personal rights of the guest.
17) Put your rubbish in the bin next to the gate. We provide a replacement garbage bag. We selectively collect waste in our guest house! Please place the plastic,-aluminum in the yellow bins and the paper in the blue bins.
18) The apartment will be handed over to the guests cleanly, no cleaning will be done during their stay. Upon departure, they must hand over the accommodation in the condition it was in when they arrived: okay and undamaged.
19) When leaving the apartment or room, please do not leave unwashed dishes or trash.
20) When leaving the rooms, please turn off the water, electricity, close the windows and close the door!
21) It is forbidden to bring any flammable substances or devices into the rooms!
22) Pets are not allowed in the apartment!
23) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Our apartments are typically non-smoking, so we ask our guests to smoke only in the designated area at the entrance.
24) The accommodation provider is not liable for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use.
25) Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by improper use by the guests, the damage must be reimbursed directly to the landlord.
26) We do not take responsibility for personal belongings left in the rooms! The Apartment House is not liable for any securities, cash or other valuables held by the guest or stored in his / her apartment.
27) Violation of the policy may result in a ban, or theft or damage to objects may result in other measures and the guest may be banned. In this case, the guest will not be able to refund any remaining days.
Information:
1. Payment options: cash, bank transfer. Accepted currencies: HUF and Euro.
2. The accommodation can only be used by the agreed number of guests. It is not mandatory to pay an extra bed for a child under 3 years old with the prior consent of the hotel. In this case, the child will not be provided with a bed or bedding.
3.You will find a small first aid kit in the apartment. In case of major trouble, call the emergency number 112!
4. In the event of a fire, you will find a fire extinguisher in the stairwell, start the rescue immediately and call the fire brigade at 105 and then the landlord!
5. The collection of household rubbish can be in the rubbish bin in the kitchen. If they are full, put them in the trash in the yard! Another garbage bag is under the sink!
6.Meal: The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. Please keep it clean!
Do not put a container containing metal in the microwave oven!
7. Parking: You can park in the closed yard free of charge! Preregistration is needed for it.
