Great place. They upgraded us to a hotel room which was fantastic. Had dinner and lunch at the place. It's running in random with Hotel Laki. Great place

It was a rough day in Iceland fleeing from a late-May snow storm in the East, but Anna Maria who was working at reception was simply fantastic. Her professionalism and concern for my stressful day truly turned things around because she went above and beyond. It may have been some little things from her perspective, but she was so great. My room was close to my adult children. Got some ice for our cooler. The rooms were great. Probably the best night's sleep in Iceland (over 9 day trip). Great solid breakfast with sausage, eggs, cheese, cereal, and more. It is my understanding that the ownership may be changing, but I hope nothing changes because I would love to stay there again on my next trip to Iceland.

The hotel staff really makes this place stand out. It has been my favorite stay in Iceland so far and this is our 2nd trip, 3rd week. Everyone was so kind and helpful.The kitchen made us an order with 10 minutes until closing (we were late getting in) and the food was delicious. I I highly recommend this hotel because of the people.

Great hotel. We ended up staying at Hotel Laki instead of the bungalows because it was more convenient. The staff were so kind. One of the nicest we've encountered in Iceland. - The receptionist changed our booking month when we got it wrong and helped us cancel one of our double bookings because of the snowstorm. - The restaurant staff, Arna and Jose, gave my daughter boxed apple juice, bread to feed the horses inc baby horses nearby, gave a small gift to my daughter, and a small cake when my daughter told them it was my birthday. Spacious rooms, great bar area with fun games to play during the snowstorm.

Uns wurde angeboten wegen dem stetigen Regen zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein Hotelzimmer anstatt unseres Bungalows zu bekommen. Das war wohl die beste Entscheidung! Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig und im Erdgeschoss mit einer Balkontür, so hatten wir einen einen sehr guten Aufenthalt! Auch das Frühstück war sehr umfrangreich! Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und haben uns immer einen guten Start in den Tag ermöglicht! Wir mussten nie warten, dass etwas aufgefüllt wurde, zu dem waren sie immer nett und hatten gute Tipps ☺️

We initially reserved a bungalow however on arrival we were upgraded to a hotel room. Breakfast buffet was quite good with many options.

We got upgraded to a nice room at Hotel Laki as the bungalows were closed after summer. The hotel was very swanky, the food options were delicious, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cozy cabin located just several hundred meters from Hotel Laki. Great breakfast (included). Room was very clean. Hotel staff was great. We appreciated the laundry service offered by the hotel (~$25 USD). We had already been traveling for 8 days, and it felt great to have clean laundry!
