Cozy 1 Bedroom Riviera Sublime Apartment

We are a self catering/ self service holiday home and not a full service hotel.
1. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property & its fixtures/ fittings caused by them. If any furnishings are damaged / spoiled – including stains on bedsheets/ linens/ towels etc. And/ Or Breaking of (liquor) bottles/ spilling beer/ beverages in rooms And/ Or Puking/ vomiting in room/ bed. If situation arise, only toilet commode is to be used. And/ Or Parties like birthday celebrations – causing damages viz putting tapes on walls/ furniture etc or spillage of cake/ confetti/ foam etc - will be charged to the guest.
2. The bedrooms are strictly NO SMOKING. However, attached balcony can be used for smoking. Room sanitizing charges of minimum Rs.1000/ will be charged if traces of smoking found in bedroom.
3. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors/ guests are not allowed in the apartment & pool cannot to be used by the friends of guests/ visitors.
4. Please respect & maintain peace & tranquility of the complex, please refrain from playing music at high decibels. more so after 09 pm at night.
5. Access to pool is only in proper attire in sober condition as per the timing displayed.
6. We have a no pet policy.
7. For security reasons, there is a mandatory requirement of a copy of the Aadhar or driving licence or voter card for all Indian guests (The IDs must be sent via email or whatsapp before check in)
8. Guests are expected carrying their own luggage, buy their own supply of groceries & toiletries for personal use & consumption. We do not provide tea/ coffee or breakfast.
9. Our check in time is after 2pm & check out time is by 12 pm. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability & additional charges of Rs.500 for every additional hour. Guests are requested to reach the premises only 15 minutes prior to Check-in time as we do not have any waiting/ luggage drop area.
10. Guests need to dispose garbage themselves as per local law - wet garbage & dry garbage in 2 separate bags
11. Strictly NO drugs / prostitution - guests will be evicted and handed over to authorities if found involved in any illegal act.
