BFMS Villa Terms & Conditions

In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we request your
co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest
and BFMS Villa which house is permitted to be used by the guest(s):-
Check-in / Arrival
Check-in time is at 12.30 pm; please present your Government issued Identity card
while Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for our records.
Check out / Departure
Check out time is at 11.00 am; please inform us if you wish to retain your stay
beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings that have been confirmed and subsequently cancelled less than 2 days
from check–in. For cancellation received less than 2 days from check-in, 50% of
booking amount will be charged and balance amount will be sent in 24 hours after
your cancellation request.
Settlement of Bills
Bills must be settled upon check-in either by Cash or UPI transaction, personal
cheques are not accepted.
Lost & Found
Should any guests lose personal belongings while staying at the Villa, if recovered,
the item will be recorded as 'found'. Villa keeps detailed records of all 'found' items,
and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the house
after the guest has checked-out which will be placed in our Lost & Found store/safe
box. We will ship items back at the owner's expense upon request. Any items, which
are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or
discarded.
Guest's Belongings in rooms
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or
going to bed. We will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or
damage to the Guest's belongings.
Damage to house
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by
themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. All breakages
or damages to the accommodation must be reported immediately and these must be
paid for locally before vacating the property.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the house. This includes, guest
rooms, kitchen, hall area and bathrooms. Smoking is only allowed outside the house
and terrace area.
Privacy Policy
There are no cameras or audio devices inside the house. CCTV cameras are set in
specific areas for security reasons, which capture the outdoor area Front gate and
garden area.
Car Parking
BFMS Villa has it’s own parking for only one car. Multiple cars can be parked outside
the gate. We do not accept responsibility for damage or theft on villa or outside
premises for the vehicle parked.
Swimming Pool
Pool depth is 4ft. and the baby pool 2 ft. Please keep your children safe and away
from the pool. Parents are requested to stay with them when childrens are near or
inside the pool. Pets are not allowed inside the swimming pool. Alcohol consumption
is prohibited inside the pool.
