Every guest is requested to provide valid photo ID for check in. Failure to provide an ID might result in refusal of check in.
Standard checkout time is 11.00 a.m. and check in time is 2.00 p.m. Early check in and late check out are subjects to availability and additional charges might apply.
Damage done to the property will be payable by the guest. Please let us know if you discover any damage on arrival as soon as possible otherwise it will be considered as done during your stay.
We shall not be made liable for any accidents at the pool or at the beach or due to any slips and falls during stay.
Housekeeping provided ALTERNATE DAY from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Please leave the key to the security/staff to avail housekeeping facility. No housekeeping will be done after 5 p.m. Daily housekeeping is subject to additional charges.
Changing towels are provided alternate day. Linen changed once in 3 days. Washing utensils after your cooking is subject to additional charges.
No outside guest are allowed without prior information. If found then extra charges are applicable and also might result in refusal to provide accommodation to entire group and no refund will be provided.
