Eternelle Villa terms and conditions
1. The guests will duly pay for any damages caused by them during their period of stay before checking out.
2. The owners or staff will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any personal belongings/vehicles of the guests during the period of their stay.
3. Consumption of any kind of liquor or alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the swimming pool area.
4. The guests are not permitted in the swimming pool area after having consumed liquor or any alcoholic beverages.
5. Consumption or possession of any kind of illegal drugs and narcotics is strictly prohibited in the premises.
6. The guests are expected to behave in a civil and courteous manner. Any act of violence will not be tolerated and the guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
7. Adults accompanying minors and infants are solely responsible for their safety and well- being. The owners and staff will not be responsible for any probable accidents that may occur during the period their of stay.
8. Adults have to particularly be cautious of minors and infants in the swimming pool area. As they are more prone to accidents.
9. Loud music cannot be played outside the house in the front garden area/pool area/parking area after 10:30 pm.
10. The tariff will be decided upon by the owners on the basis of the total number of guests checking in at the Villa. An increase in the number of guests on check in will result in an increase in the tariff. The tariff remains the same incase all the guests do not arrive.
11. Any dissatisfaction towards the service by the staff has to be immediately reported to the owners so as to avoid delay in attending to the issue.
12. The check out time for the extra mattresses, bed sheets, pillows and blankets are at 12 pm. In case the mattresses are not surrendered in the stipulated time an extra day’s rent will be incurred by the guests.
13. Any outdoor furniture like tables and chairs required will be charged extra. There is currently seating arrangement for 30 guests for the outdoors.
14. The guests are required to submit a photocopy of an ID proof to the owners or the staff at check in, along with the filled and signed form below.
15. The check in and checkout timing is at 2PM and 12PM respectively. The guests are requested to adhere to these timings.
