Our property is not a professionally managed hotel but a guesthouse meant for your ease of stay in spirit of celebrating each moment in a sustainable way.

Please go through the below house rules for your cognizance and our mutual benefit
1. Any damage to property or garden to be charged to guest at full cost of replacement. Please do not pluck any leaves/fruits/flowers/veggies from the terrace garden.
2. Late checkout chargeable at Rs. 200 per guest up to 2 hours and entire days fare after 2 hours.
3. If deep cleaning required due to filth during stay, same would be charged back completely to guest.
4. Self check-in rules to be followed, key to be put in lock box at all times when leaving property. Lock box code will be communicated at the time of check in, please whatsapp at 9718557237 for the code. Lock Box is placed on Level 3 outside the house gate.
5. Guest vehicles to be parked outside of stilt parking. There’s public parking available within 150 meters of the property.
6. No Noise/loud music between 11 PM to 7 AM.
7. Meals if needed chargeable at Rs. 150 per person, per meal.
8. We encourage to bring your own towels and toiletries for NCR guests.
9. Angethi (coal based heater for terrace garden) can be provided for an additional fee of Rs. 1000 per use for 3 hours.
10. Wifi connection is by the name of D-Link, pass code is Ajay@123.
11. Bluetooth based music system available on terrace, please switch it off when not in use. Search for “LG” device to connect.
12. Feed in “Green Bacchus by Walias” in Google Maps in order to be directed to the property location.
13. House Sharing: In case you booked one /two rooms and not the entire place you would be sharing the house with other guests. please use the room booked by you only. Please don ’ t lock the main door in such case as well.
14. Additional Guests: If you have more guests than your booking, the same would be charged at Rs. 600 per person.
15. Day Visitors: Please feel free to have day visitors if your stay is for multiple nights.
16. Toiletries : Limited supply to be provided. NCR guests expected to carry their own toiletries and towels
17. please. PLEASE SWITCH OFF APPLIANCES/LIGTHS/FANS /ELECTRONICS when you're outside the room or apartment.
18. Please leave the apartment in the same shape, form and spirit that you found it it...
19. Housekeeping would be provided after 2 nights stay between 9-10:30 AM, you would have to call/whatsapp me for the same. In case you’re not around that time, cleaning would happen the next day.
20. BALCONY PLANTS: In case you’re booked for multiple nights with access to balcony room/s, please water the plants every other day or let us know when housekeeping comes in.
21. Car Rental: You can rent a car from us depending on availability: The rate is as follows for 12 hours rental (8AM-8PM).
A. Renault Duster: Rs. 2500 per day rent and Rs. 8 per KM driven (diesel fuel included)*
B. Ford Figo: Rs. 2000 per day rent and Rs. 8 per KM driven (diesel fuel included)*
C. Tata Nano: Rs. 1200 per day rent and Rs. 9 per KM driven (petrol fuel included)*
*In case you refuel: show us the bill and transaction details and the same would be deducted from the total invoice. Any traffic challan/violation caused during let out would be borne by you. Any damage to the car would be charged at full cost of replacement from ASC, not local mechanic/insurance. Rental charge to be paid in advance and KMs charge to be paid afterwards. Security deposit of Rs. 5,000 to be paid in advance as well.
