Ghughuti Ku Baasa - Home Stay

House Rules:
1. We expect guests to treat the home with respect, please treat this home as if it was your own.
2. No pets allowed – Sorry
3. No Parties in the room, No outside visitors are allowed in the room.
4. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere in the property.
5. If you break or Damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement and repair.
6. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests, Our Home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
7. No Smoking inside the House- also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky.
8. Please return all keys at the time off Check out.
9. Kitchen for cooking your own food we will provide you utensils and LPG Gas. Clean the utensils and Kitchen after you use it. If dishes are not washed extra cleaning fees may be applied.
If required House will arrange the cook to prepare food but it will be on demand and chargeable @ 800.00 per meal.
10. Please put all the trash into the Dustbin.
11. Please do not rearrange our furniture.
12. Laundry : Washing. Ironing & Dryer charges will be applied as per clothes given by you.
13. If room is shared by some Other Guests Our humble request to you please do not make extra noise after 10 PM.
14. Lastly, because this is a home stay community not a hotel, and is also my home. please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things), If you have read it this far, THANK YOU for being a SUPER GUEST!
Things to Be Noted
 Room’s Rate Increases with the number of persons.
 Surveillance or recording devices on property.
 We do not allow any outsider without any future information, if you are coming with your driver or any other House Help, I recommend you to please increase your booking for that person. Without a legal booking we cannot allow any outsider.
 All guests must carry your ID proofs and submit it at the time of your check In.
 The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
 Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
 Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with home stay and may be chargeable by the home stay directly.
 Child above 7-years will be considered as adult.
 Extra Child from 0-6 Years is free of cost but no extra bed will be provided for the same, if the customer wishes to take an extra bed for a child below 6 years , the customer has to pay the charges directly at the home stay.
 The in-house kitchen service is up to 10:30 PM (In continuation of service it may go up to 11:00 PM)
 The in-house music can be played up to 10:00 PM not more than that.
 Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the home stay management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the home stay.
