RULES & REGULATIONS TO BE FOLLOWED BY GUEST
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest(s) and Honeycomb Villas Management.
1. Check-in & Check-out
All person from the guest(s) has to submit his/her photo ID proof (Aadhar Card) photocopy on Check-in. Rest all guest(s) must provide details as required. Check in time is 01.00pm. Check out time is 11.00am.
Kindly inform the caretaker if you wish to retain in Villa beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the villa is available, tariff will be charged. If there is another booking on the next day it will be informed in advance, in that condition guest(s) need to check out at sharp 11.00am to make arrangements for the next guest(s).
2. Balance Payment & Security Deposit
Guests should make the remaining payment with a security deposit of 3000/- is mandatory at time of check-in. The guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guest(s) or any person accompanying them.
3. Guest's Belongings
Guest(s) are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms and gates when going out. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/or damage to the guest(s) belongings from the Villa for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
4. Hazardous Goods
Bringing goods and/or storing raw or exposed cinema films or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited, The guest(s) shall be solely liable and responsible to the management for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest(s) own negligence and non-observance of any/ instructions.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
5. Management's Rights
It is agreed that the guest(s) and the group will conduct him/her in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises.
The Management has the right to request any guest(s) to vacate Villa forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest(s) shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the guest(s) luggage and belongings from the Villa.
6. Relation between Management and Guest
Nothing here in above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the Villa premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any guest(s) and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the premises
Guest(s) are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws.
7. Music
Government rules and regulations in force from time, hence no music is to be played after 9.30pm. Guest will be completely responsible for any police related complaints or fines.
8. Swimming Pool
The pool area is open from 01.00pm to 11.00pm. No guest(s) are allowed to be in the pool after 11.00pm. Second day swimming pool is not allowed to use.
Management not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability, or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area or in the property.
9. Late Checkout
INR 1000/- per hour will be deducted for every additional hour the guest stays at the property after the stated check-out time.
10. Electricity
Electricity blackouts are frequent in Lonavala. We have inverter in the property which backs up the electricity up 2 hours (depending on the usage). Inverters shall backup lights and fans only. No monetary compensation shall be honoured in case of electricity blackouts situations.
11. WIFI
No monetary compensation shall be honoured if the issue is from service operator.
12. Other things to note
• Basic Toiletries which include handwash, toilet paper, soap will be provided. Please carry your personal body care products and towels.
• Guest will be charged extra for below causes
o Vomit/spitting: Rs. 500/-
o Utensils: Rs. 500/- (guests can clean if they wish to)
o Gas stove usage for Meal preparation: Rs. 500/-
o Check-out time extension: Rs. 1000/- per hour
o Excessive cleaning / Room service opted 2nd time during the stay: Rs. 500/-
o Contamination of pool by food/drink/colour/pet/vomit etc: Rs. 8000/-
o Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
o Extra guests:
 Adults (above 13): Rs. 1000/-
 Kids (above 5): Rs. 600/-
 Pets: Rs. 500/-
Security deposit will be refunded after clearing all charges (if any).
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES.
