- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. However, it is senior citizen-friendly, and assistance can be provided to navigate the 2-3 steps at the entrance.
- Any use of the lawn area involving external furniture, décor, or event setups will incur additional charges. Pricing will be based on the event requirements and guest count, and will be shared upon receiving complete details of the proposed setup.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can provide power backup.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food orders are not permitted inside the villa. Only meals and experiences provided by approved StayVista vendors are allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 9 AM to 10 PM.
- Massage services are not permitted at this villa to ensure that the property guidelines are maintained.
- This is a standalone villa near Mandwa Jetty.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 2500 + GST per pet, per day.
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen, as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling into the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable security deposit of Rs. 30,000 will be collected prior to check-in. This can be paid either in cash or through Google Pay directly to the property manager.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase, there are no property damages, and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity, including but not limited to prostitution, gambling, and the use of narcotics, is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- For any kind of shoot - be it personal, professional, or commercial—guests are required to reach out to us in advance. Shoot-related pricing will be shared based on the specific requirements.
- Please note that the current charges are for regular stays only, and any shoot conducted without prior approval or direct booking will not be permitted.
