- Smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas (a cleaning fee of Rs. 5,000 is otherwise charged to remove the smell from curtains and sofas).
- Please ensure no glass bottles or breakables are taken near the pool area- there will be paper cups at your disposal
As a host, our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we want you to create lasting memories in our Goa home. As you book, we thought you should know about our house rules to ensure our home is the right match with your expectations for your stay in Goa. These rules might sound boring but they ensure future guests also have a great experience and we maintain good relationships with our neighbors:
- You will be hosted in somebody’s home we hope you will treat it with respect, as if it were your own home.
- Please provide accurate details about the number of people you are booking for and composition of the group. We reserve the right to deny entry to unaccounted visitors.
- Our gated community is well-suited to families and group of friends. However, to respect the peace of other inhabitants, any sort of parties, loud music & drugs on the premises is not allowed.
-A security deposit amount of Rs. 10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in by the Guest Relationship Manager in cash or through credit card. It is returned at the time of check-out after deducting any damages or missing items.
- Please switch off the ACs & geysers when you are not in the house, this helps us save electricity and preserve our beautiful Goa environment.
