Luxury 4-bedroom Villa with Private Swimming Pool

- Loud music not permitted post 10pm.
-We have a power back up of upto 4 hours in case of electricity cuts.

-Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here.
-Guests are requested to provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
NOTE - We use white bedsheets so that our guests can see the cleanliness, so kindly be mindful that any stain on the bed sheet, Duvet Cover or Mattress cover will be charged on actuals.
-A maximum of 12 people can stay at this property at a time.
-We also provide Car Rentals and Bike, Scooter Rentals.
- Refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 will be charged on arrival.
It's a request, please do not drink or eat on the beds, you can use the Living area for these activities.
-No glassware allowed near the pool area for your own safety.
-Please cooperate with the staff and complete all check-in and check-out formalities.
-Keep your surroundings clean and tidy.
-The security deposit is refundable in nature if no damages are caused to the property.
-This is not a pet-friendly property, please do not bring your pets along.
-Please let us know in advance if you wish to arrange a Pickup or drop at the Airport. (Surcharge).
