In order to ensure a pleasant experience for Both of us , we need your support in adhering to the below rules and regulations please :

* As required by law , every guest above 18 must carry a copy of their Photo ID and should present it to the caretaker before checkin .
* No illegal activity is permitted in the House .
*Please ensure that the Neighbourhood is not disturbed .
* We do not encourage you to engage with any arguments with neighbours .
* In case there is any concern , Please contact the caretaker or you may even call us .
*One Can Smoke on the Terrace area , Balconies or Outside Walkway /backyard area only .
*Smoking is strictly not allowed in Rooms .
* Alcohol is allowed subject to legal Age limits as per Indian laws.
* Very Loud Music at Night is not encouraged .
* Late Night Revellery is strictly not allowed
* Please Wear Proper Nylon /water proof costume to use the Pool
* Please leave all the waste in the Waste-bin kept outside at the entrance .
* Extra Cleaning charges will be charged if the waste disposable materials (Paper plates, Bottles , Etc) are found in the house while check out
* A refundable security deposit of INR 5000 will be payable to the Caretaker at the Time of Check in.
*This amount of INR 5000 will be forfeited against any Damages to the property.
