• Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’, if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.

• Any visitor for the in house Guest, at any point of time, should complete the Chalet formalities, before going to meet the Guest in his / her room.
Primarily, it is assumed that the rooms will be used only for living purpose and cannot be used for any other activities / purposes like exhibition, entertainment, filming, interview, etc.
Check-out time is 11 Am. The guest shall vacate the chalet allotted to him/her on expiry of the period of occupation granted to the guest.
The tariff is for the room only. Meals and other services are available at extra cost unless and otherwise specified separately.
The Guest shall use all the facilities and services available at the Chalet with care and caution and entirely the Guest’s risk. The Guest shall agree to abide by and follow all instructions placed by the Management at the various places in the chalet premises. The Management shall not be responsible for any injury to the Guest or damage to the Guest’s goods that may be caused as a result of use of the facilities /services or any other reason whatsoever.

11. Damage to Property
• Smoking:We thank you for not Smoking inside chalet, guests can smoke outside the chalet and dispose the cigarette butts carefully. We would highly appreciate that guests maintain cleanliness by not throwing cigarette butts in and around the Chalet. If it is noticed that guests smoked inside the chalet, charges to the extent of Rs. 1,000/- will be applied.

• The primary guest checking in to the Chalet must be at least 18 years of age.
One time Cleaning fee of Rs. 600/- will be applicable and is to be paid on site before check-in
•Alcohol Consumption: Guests can arrange and consume their own alcohol. We do not sale alcohol at the property. Respecting the guest's request, we also appreciate them to maintain the sanctity of the property as any ill behavior or nuisance will lead to strict security measures. We will have full authority to take the appropriate actions and will have the final word.

12. Pet Policy
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms while going out or when going to bed. The Management will not, in any way, be responsible for any loss and / or damage to the guest’s belonging or other property from either the room or locker or any other part of the chalet for any cause including theft/pilferage.
Bringing into and/or storing of raw or exposed cinemas films, or any other article of combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature in the chalet is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the Management, its other guests, invitees, visitors, agents and servants for any loss, financial or other, and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest’s own negligence and non-observance of any/all instructions.
Tariff should be paid at the time or before check-in in full. Personal Cheques are not accepted.
