House Rules – Retro Visawa Lonavala

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and future guests, please follow these house rules:

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Please provide valid government photo ID for all guests at check-in.

• Guest Limit: Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking are allowed inside the villa. Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

• Music and Noise: Loud music, parties, and outdoor noise are strictly not allowed after 10:00 PM, as per local regulations.

• Property Care: Please treat the villa with care and maintain cleanliness. Any damage, stains, or missing items will be chargeable.

• Smoking: Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Strictly prohibited inside bedrooms and indoor areas.

• Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, substance use, or misconduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

• Swimming Pool (if applicable):
Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

• Appliances and Utilities: Please switch off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.

• Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

• Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse admission if house rules are not followed.
