• Valid Government ID is mandatory for all guests. Local ID proofs are not accepted.
• Full payment must be made at check-in. No refunds will be provided.
• Check-out time is 09:00 AM. Late check-out will be charged as an additional day.
• Smoking, alcohol, non-vegetarian food, gambling, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for any loss of cash or valuables.
• Lost room key charge: ₹500.
• Damage, stains, or excessive soiling of towels, bedsheets, pillows, furnishings, or any homestay property will be charged ₹500 or the actual replacement/repair cost, whichever is higher.
• Private parking is not available. Nearby paid public parking can be used at the guest's own expense.
• Due to preparations for Ujjain Simhastha Kumbh Mela 2028, occasional electricity interruptions may occur. In case of prolonged power outages caused by the electricity board, the homestay will not be responsible for any inconvenience. Limited inverter backup for fans and selected lights is available.
• Any violation of government regulations may result in legal action.
• Please communicate and make payments only through the official contact numbers displayed on our website, visiting cards, and property signage. Payments made to unofficial numbers will not be considered valid.
