Smoking & Alcohol
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Alcohol consumption is not permitted inside the rooms or common areas.
Violation of smoking or alcohol rules will attract a penalty of INR 2,000 per day, along with additional cleaning or damage charges if applicable.
Property Care & Cleanliness
• Guests are expected to keep the property clean and in good condition.
• Any damage to furniture, linens, appliances, or property items will be charged as per actual repair or replacement cost.
• Excessive cleaning requirements due to misuse will attract additional cleaning charges.
Occupancy & Visitors
• Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking are allowed.
• Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
Noise & Conduct
• Loud music, parties, or gatherings are strictly not allowed.
• Quiet hours to be maintained, especially during night hours, to respect neighbours.
Safety & Compliance
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Guests must comply with local laws and property guidelines.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation without refund, or reporting to Agoda, as applicable.

Room and Amenities 1 - Private AC bedroom with Non attached bathroom Open garden view balcony on the first floor with two chairs Living area Dining area Open garden for peaceful walks Nature-friendly home environment Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, and a gas stove for your convenience. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen during their stay. Drinking Water A Kent water purifier is installed to ensure safe and clean drinking water. Internet Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password are provided inside the house. Entertainment Android TV with OTT streaming services including YouTube, Prime Video, Jio Cinema, and Hotstar. Parking Ample private parking space is available for guests. Safety and Power Backup CCTV surveillance is installed in common areas. In case of a power cut, inverter backup is available for up to four hours and supports lights, fans, and internet only. Kitchen appliances, air conditioning, and mixer or grinder are not supported. A rented generator can be arranged on request at an additional charge. Other Facilities An iron box will be provided on request. Shared Spaces If other guests are staying in the property, the following areas will be shared: Kitchen Living room Dining area Property Information This property has a total of six bedrooms. Your booking includes one private bedroom only. Room layout and photos may differ based on availability. AC or air cooler will be provided. The bedroom is private, while other areas are shared. House Rules and Policies Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises. Government-approved photo ID of all staying guests is mandatory at check-in. IDs may be shared digitally prior to arrival. Daily housekeeping is provided between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Guests are requested to wash their own dishes. No events, parties, gatherings, loud music, or decorations are allowed without prior approval. Guests are requested to switch off lights and fans when not in use. At checkout, guests must return the room keys and dispose of all garbage in the designated dustbins. Guest Policy The booking price covers only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional overnight guest will be charged INR 1,000 per person per night. Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted. Pet Policy Pets are allowed only with prior approval. If approved, a pet cleaning fee of INR 1,000 per stay will apply. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets. Any applicable charges will be processed in accordance with Agoda policies. Cleaning and Damage Policy Guests are expected to leave the space in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. If excessive cleaning is required beyond standard turnover cleaning, an additional cleaning fee starting from INR 1,500 may apply. Key and Lock Charges Key replacement will be charged at INR 500. Lock replacement, if required, will be charged at actual cost. Early Check-in and Late Check-out Charges Early check-in, if approved, will be charged at INR 500 per hour. Late check-out, if approved, will be charged at INR 500 per hour. Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional charges in accordance with Agoda policies. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If smoking occurs indoors, a deep-cleaning and deodorization fee of INR 2,000 per day will be charged. Additional Charges - AC will be charged extra - INR 300/room/day Any additional charges, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Agoda policies.
