- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Please be mindful about keeping noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.

POLICIES
- Up to 5 to 7 visitors are allowed at the property till 11:00 pm at an additional charge.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- In case of a power outage, the 40 KVA generator can support all fans and lights for up to 2 hours.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- All mobile networks work well here.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Guests must bring all edibles as the caretaker will not be available to provide them.
- Guests are required to pay a security deposit between 5,000 to 20,000 based on their booking. The security deposit may increase for big events depending on the management.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- They are requested to utilise the existing services and seating arrangements provided within the villa.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be till 11 PM.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- Please note that the property is not evet-friendly - DJ, decor, and outside caterers are not allowed.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
