StayVista at Firefly Homestay with Pvt Pool & Terrace Access

- Please do not carry eatables or drinks in the pool and refrain from littering the pool.
 - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
 - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
 - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- Children must always be supervised when in or around the pool.
 - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
 - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. Any kind of visitors are not allowed inside the premises of the property.
- Please note that visitors are not allowed inside the premises of the property. 
- Diving or jumping in the pool is strictly prohibited, given the depth of the pool.
POLICIES
 - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Alcohol consumption or smoking is allowed only on sit-outs and terraces. Kindly do not bring any eatables or drinks inside the rooms.
 - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
 - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Loud music is strictly not allowed.
 - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
 - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Guests are requested to wear appropriate footwear near the pool area.
